This is, in my opinion, one of the worst medical clinics in the Montreal area. Unfortunately, my family doctor, Dr. Bruemmer, who is an excellent doctor, works for them, so I will have to go there (and I know some other doctors in that clinic are very good too). The problem is that I have visited them maybe 10-15 times in the past few years, and each time, with no exception, I had to drive from Beaconsfield to Pierrefonds to book an appointment in person because their phone line is busy all the time. When they get the phone, they want to answer quickly and proceed to the next patient. Some of their staff are also not very polite.

This clinic is amazing! My parents are patients there and both their doctor and her secretary, Debbie, are always so super helpful. Debbie actually called my parents to remind them to book their COVID vaccines... talk about going above and beyond! She's lovely! Thank you Medistat :)

My family and I have all been patients at this clinic for many years. We have nothing but great things to say about the staff- from the receptionists to the doctors and nurses. One receptionist in particular, Debbie, stands out as a super helpful, polite and courteous woman who goes above and beyond to try to help. Kudos to the great team and their staff!

I have been a patient here for a few years. The staff are all wonderful, and the clinic runs very smoothly. Debbie, the outstanding receptionist, makes scheduling appointments super quick and easy! She is always so helpful, friendly, and is always reachable. I am very thankful for the excellent and timely care I receive at Medistat.

This is an excellent clinic especially during covid. I am not sure what the person complaining about the receptionist Debbie is talking about. She is always caring and helpful and if the phones are busy it is because she spends so much time with each patient. Trying to reach a secretary at a busy medical clinic for an hour is actually amazing. I have been trying to reach a specialist for days without getting anywhere. Only positive experiences with that receptionist and all other personnel. Keep up the great work!

I never write reviews however the last couple for this clinic have been ridiculous and need clarification. Firstly for the phones, they are dealing with a huge amount of calls and Telemedicine, it makes sense the lines are busy however my family dr is there and I always manage to get through although it may take sometime. We need patience during a pandemic. As for the "rude" receptionist, I am not sure when the person claiming to have witnessed "elder abuse" was in the clinic but my last recent visit, the receptionists are not even having contact with the patient. I was met and triaged at the door, waited in the wait area, my doctor came and took me and when done escorted me out. We do not register or speak to the secretaries at all. The receptionist you are referring to is the one I deal with and never has there been a time she was rude. I highly doubt that such a wonderful clinic would keep on someone abusing patients, i think it is very unfair to make such a claim and name a person like this. Have some manners. You can voice your concerns or opinions without defemation of a person's character that you do not even know. This clnic has been A1 throught the entire pandemic, giving an excellent and SAFE above all service.

Tried getting through on their main number, waiting 53 minutes thus far, and counting, and continuously getting the "we will be with you shortly" and "your call is now first in line" message on a loop. Additionally, for the first half hour of waiting on the line, the message counted UP the number of minutes for the waiting time (not down, as you would expect), so that's confusing! The longer I waited the longer the # of minutes the recorded message told me the "waiting time" was! For the last 30 minutes or so, I've been told that my call is "first in line" and "a representative will be with you shortly". I've decided that this is either a bad joke or that whomever administers this system has obviously never had to sit through this absolutely inadequate ability to do what it claims it will do. I understand that COVID has changed how clinics (and everyone else running a business) deals with incoming calls or requests, but this if it is a reflection of how the clinic is run, I will definitely try elsewhere.

UPDATE: @Angela, this was before covid. Normally I wouldn't make a review, but when I saw the obviously fake reviews, I had to say something. (I definitely know they are fake now that you've told me patients have no interaction with the secretaries). Have some manners? Nowhere in my review was I rude, I was simply stating what I have witnessed MULTIPLE times. (Do you not know what a review is?) Originally I didn't want to write this review, as I like my doctor, but I have to put a stop to the receptionist DEBBIE. I don't care that she has been extremely rude towards me, but I draw the line when she acts this way towards the elderly. The exchange that I saw between her and the elderly patient was bordering on elder abuse. Seriously SHAME ON YOU, find a different job. (Also, all those 5 star reviews about Debbie must be fake - they all happen to be written in the same month? They all sound strikingly similar? Nice try - I've witnessed her on multiple occasions to know better)
