 Irreproachable, efficient, fast and rigorous service. I brought my laptop on a Friday night and on Saturday it was already repaired. Mr. Gagnon described each step of the work in detail, so no bad surprises. I recommend without hesitation!

Il n’est pas non plus quelqu’un qui calcule ses minutes ni ses conseils, mais une personne généreuse et compétente qui vise l’obtention d’un résultat final à la hauteur de vos attentes, à un prix plus que raisonnable et honnête. J’avais de sérieux problèmes de sauvegarde notamment et monsieur Gagnon a su me proposer et exécuter des solutions aussi efficaces que conviviales, autant côté logiciel que côté quincaillerie. Tout simplement l’expérience de service informatique la plus positive qu’il ne m’a jamais été donné d’avoir. In addition to being a great technician, Mr. Gagnon has remarkable patience, flexibility and pedagogy with his clients. It quickly understands your entire IT needs and problems, and spares no effort and energy to conscientiously resolve them, until you are completely comfortable and satisfied. Neither is he someone who calculates his minutes or his advice, but a generous and competent person who aims to obtain a final result that meets your expectations, at a more than reasonable and honest price. I had serious backup problems in particular and Mr. Gagnon was able to offer me and execute solutions that were as effective as they were user-friendly, both on the software side and on the hardware side. Simply the most positive IT service experience I've ever had. Bonus: he speaks no jargon but always speaks with great clarity that allows you to confidently follow each of the gestures and interventions he makes on your machine.
