M	Miva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EDIT: My family doctor is off for a bit. However, when I needed for medical papers for school, they automatically offered me one the next day as a remplacement. I was expecting being the same. Especially since now, I am dealing with diagnosis papers that I need for school/work. There is a worker in the secretary called Sylvie (She didn't want to give her name initially and said she had no name. Yes, girl. I believe you.). She is the most rude person. She lacks professionnalism and empathy. Has an agressive attitude and tone for nothing. I have made that comment to her. She hanged up and transferred me to the center for complaints with no words. I am trying to get an appointment with the same doctor who gave me papers for diagnosis. Suddenly, even if your doctor is absent and you in need for papers, you need to go by the emergency appointments. The doctors are wonderful but the secretary, Jesus it needs help. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have had a pleasant experience at this clinique. It is very clean and nicely decorated. 100% recommend and they are very organized!

Also, wait times to speak to a receptionist are almost always very long. Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes before being able to speak to someone.
N	Niomi Hill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got an appointment through the Doctr app the night before the appt and almost didn't go to this clinic because of all the bad reviews but decided to give it a try anyway as other reviews were good, and I'm glad I did. This clinic was great, receptionist was polite, triage was quick and polite, the doctor was friendly and polite, I showed up on time to my appointment, was seen by triage immediately after signing in, then was seen by the doctor 5-10 minutes after triage and was out of the door within ~20 minutes. Very good experience all around!

From what I've seen most bad reviews are related to calling and trying to get an appointment, not about the experience itself. I never called them, got the appointment online using RAMQ website. Would come back again for sure.

N	Nelly Pendal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s the first time I go to this clinic. My daughter had an appointment at 10:45am and she met with the doctor at 10:45am. The nurse she met Catherine was absolutely amazing. I’ve never had such a good service. My daughter is scared of doctors and can be very difficult to manage. They were so calm and kind with her. I can’t say I’ve had the same experience at a children’s hospital. They usually lose patience with her. Not at that clinic , they were patient, the nurse was empathetic and had experience with kids. The doctor seemed happy to do his job. Plus the clinic is clean. Keep up the great work, I definitely recommend!

I booked an appointment on the Quebec Appointment Scheduler website the day before at 4PM (when appointments for this clinic open). I got there today, was called on-time by a nurse who evaluated me and then waited around 20 minutes for the doctor. Both the receptionist and nurse were friendly. I was seen by Dr. Justine Lefèvre who is honestly the nicest doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure of being evaluated by in this city. She actually took her time to listen to me, examine me and provide me with a prescription that should take care of my issue. She also did an additional test which wasn’t fully necessary but she still did it out of precaution to be sure the issue was not something else. I’m used to doctors rushing through appointments and barely letting you speak, however she was the complete opposite and took her time. I was super impressed by her overall demeanour and friendliness. I would definitely recommend this clinic and especially the doctor!
