La première je demande un examen de l’audition, je me présente pour me faire dire qu’il n’as pas la machine pour le faire?? Car il viens seulement 2x/sem à cette clinique. Je me suis donc deplacée pour rien.
Je reprend un 2eme rendez-vous , j’appelle avant pour m’assurer qu’ils ont la machine avant de me présenter, car j’habite loin et on me confirme qu’il a la machine. J’arrive à l’heure prévue et 35 min d’attente, toujours pas passée. Je tiens à préciser que je travaille egalement dans une clinique et on travaille avec des imprévus, des patients, je comprend cette partie, 10-15min d’attente serait comprehensible quoi que non souhaitable, mais 35-40min? Monsieur Zachary Legault, prière de vérifier votre tenue d’agenda avant de placer des clients. C’est un manque de respect de me faire deplacer deux fois pour rien.

I arrive on time and have a 35-minute wait, still not past. I want to clarify that I also work in a clinic and we work with unforeseen patients, I understand this part, 10-15min of waiting would be understandable although not desirable, but 35-40min? Mr. Zachary Legault, please check your agenda before placing clients. It’s disrespectful to have me move twice for nothing.
