Alexandra s'occupe maintenant de moi, et ce, toujours avec son beau sourire et son accueil chaleureux. Grâce à tes précieux conseils personnalisés, je parais plusieurs années de moins que mon âge. À tout le personnel de la clinique, je dis merci d'être toujours affable, au téléphone et en personne. Je suis une cliente pour la vie!!!
I have been with Dr Morin for several years and I followed her on each relocation. Alexandra is taking care of me now, always with her beautiful smile and warm welcome. Thanks to your precious personalized advice, I look several years younger than my age. To all of the clinic staff, thank you for being always friendly, on the phone and in person. I am a customer for life !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai adoré mon expérience de A à Z à la clinique Médico-Esthétique du Dre.Morin. Dès mon rendez-vous de consultation, on m'a bien conseillée et bien expliqué ce qui pourrait être fait. L'endroit est magnifique et le personnel est sympathique. Dre.Ross est douce et souriante, elle prend le temps de nous voir et de s'assurer que nous n'avons pas de questions. Mélanie Girard (infirmière injectrice) est un coup de coeur pour moi : elle est professionnelle, à l'écoute, prend son temps, explique bien ce qu'elle fait et est rassurante. J'adore le résultat, apparent tout en restant naturel. J'y retournerai c'est certain! Merci!! :-)
I loved my experience from A to Z at Dr.Morin's Medico-Esthetic Clinic. From my consultation appointment, I was well advised and well explained what could be done. The place is beautiful and the staff are friendly. Dr. Ross is sweet and smiling, she takes the time to see us and make sure we don't have any questions. Mélanie Girard (injecting nurse) is a favorite for me: she is professional, attentive, takes her time, explains well what she does and is reassuring. I love the result, apparent while remaining natural. I will go back for sure! Thank you!! :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai téléphoné ce matin pour prendre rdv injection et la nouvelle réceptionniste m'avise que c'est maintenant 3 mois d'avance pour un rdv... je l'ai informé que j'aurai pas le choix de changer de clinique si c'est le cas... l'indifférence totale de perdre une cliente m'a vraiment déçue!
I phoned this morning to make an injection appointment and the new receptionist advises me that it is now 3 months in advance for an appointment... I informed him that I will have no choice but to change clinics if this is the case... the total indifference of losing a client really disappointed me!

Je reçois un soin avec docteur Ross
Au bout de quelques semaines je retourne pour un suivi et je dis à docteur Ross que je ne vois aucune amélioration
Elle me suggère un nouveau soin gratuitement
Après réflexion
Je refuse le soin
Je demande un remboursement qui est refusé
Et je ne comprend d ailleurs pas pourquoi puisque la clinique insiste à vouloir m offrir un soin gratuitement et ne pas me rembourser le soin initial que j ai reçu
Mon expérience fût brève dans la clinique du docteur morin et très décevante, personnellement je ne recommande pas cette place
Je regrette d avoir été là pour mes soins
I had the most unpleasant experience recently at this clinic.
I get a treatment with Doctor Ross
After a few weeks I go back for a follow-up and tell Dr. Ross that I see no improvement.
She suggests me a new treatment for free
After reflexion
I refuse treatment
I request a refund which is refused
And I don't understand why since the clinic insists on wanting to offer me free care and not reimburse me for the initial care I received.
My experience was brief in the clinic of doctor morin and very disappointing, personally I do not recommend this place
I regret having been there for my care
