J'ai fais le régime mitigé en 2017 avec protéine deux fois par jour et j'ai perdu 48 lbs en environ 4 mois. Chaque semaine il y a un suivi de poids, de comment on se sent, on peut changer de plan si on désire, surveillance signe symptôme quon pourrait ressentir et le médecin ajuste le plan au besoin ...je ne regrette pas. J'avais un bilan lipidique qui n'était vraiment pas beau et très élevé avant de commencer le régime et ensuite à la fin tout était redevenue normal ainsi que mon poids . Maintenant j'ai eu une grossesse et je n'hésiterai pas à y retourner quand je terminerai mon allaitement pour reperdre le poids accumulé en trop. Je vous recommande fortement cette clinique. Merci beaucoup. Marylène I really appreciated the care received at this clinic. All the staff (receptionist, medical assistant, doctor and nutritionist) are friendly, kind and professional. I went on the mixed diet in 2017 with protein twice a day and lost 48 lbs in about 4 months. Every week there is a follow-up of weight, of how we feel, we can change plans if we want, all signs and symptoms that we could feel and the doctor adjusts the plan as needed ... I do not regret. I had a lipid balance that was really not good and very high before starting the diet and then at the end everything was back to normal as well as my weight. Now I have had a pregnancy and I will not hesitate to go back when I finish breastfeeding to lose the extra weight. I highly recommend this clinic. Thank you so much. Marylene
