★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in here with my boyfriend to check out what they had to offer since I'm new to keto and we we're surprised not only by the selection but the wonderful owner who greeted us. Small place but they had a good selection of popular keto products and lesser known products. Again, the owner was super sweet to us which is so refreshing these days in this big city.I would highly recommend coming here if you're in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little shop offering some keto friendly items. A lot of the same items you'll find online from other stores. The keto bagels are expensive (4 for $8) but did defrost and toast up and taste excellent. I'd recommend those and hopefully they have some variations on plain. You find no notice of these bagels on their website, so if you really want to know what they have, go to the store and take a look. Some prepared meals as well, which is a nice option. On the east side of St-Hubert. Street parking only. Owners are very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing store for anyone following a keto, low-carb or gluten-free diet. The place is small, but they have all the essentials, and even pastries/baked goods and prepared meals (frozen). The prices are fair and similar to what you would find online. Their keto sandwich bread is the best I've had so far, and I can't wait to come back to try their bagels and olive bread. Also the lady that works there is super nice and helpful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first, when we walked in the store we thought that its small and we will not find everything we wanted. But OMG how great all products are. Its so hard to find anything keto in an usual store and that little store has EVERYTHING you can wish for on keto diet. We bought so many things and couldn't stop wishing to go back to buy even more :) plus the owner is such a sweetheart, we loved the service there and the advices that were given to us ❤️ Definitely will come back some time soon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great little store with keto bread, keto buns, keto donuts, keto cookies, ice cream, pancake mix, granola, cereal, and more. She has lots of the usual things too (snack bars, peanut butter, hazelnut spread, baking supplies, etc.) It’s quite small but I think she has done a good job of having a decent selection. Fantastic service too. Super nice lady! I wish there was one of these in every city that I travel to!
