R	Rhea L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there are some situations there please let the patients know so that they do not need to wait for 2 hours for a visit with appointment and then have to go to the front desk asking if anything went wrong and then be advised if the patient would like to cancel the appointment or not due to some situations. A single mother slept for only 4 hours the night before and had a long day of work and will work early until quite late the next day and with a toddler. Even if you don’t know the difficult situation of the patients but you can still have just a little bit sympathy to tell the patients proactively there is something wrong. This is not just basic work ethic for employees but also just for being a human being. Everyone is just so cold there, no one cares about anything or anyone.

Nobody ever answers the phone and when they do they are rude and unprofessional. It is virtually impossible to make an appointment I waited on hold for two and a half hours today and eventually had to hang up, without making an appointment.

She tries to make you charge more money because she doesn't know anything. With zero output. 1000% dissatisfied

He trained at the Jewish General Hospital and is a graduate of McGill University. After my doctor retired about 5 years ago, I became a patient of Dr. Bucatel, I am very pleased with his professionalism and he is a great doctor that is very thorough. Nowadays finding a good family doctor is very difficult. I am blessed to have a great family doctor like Dr. Bucatel. The services at the clinic are fantastic and the staff are incredible & devoted people.

I've come to him both for chronic conditions follow-ups and emergencies and was always very satisfied with his work. He is funny, gentle and respectful, which is exactly the attitude you need when struggling with health issues. He is knowlegeble, diligent and thorough in his assessment. He will do as many tests as possible on the same day in the lab next door and call you back with the results even if they are all negative and there's nothing to worry about. You don't have to beg him for referrals and additional screenings. Highly recommend!
O	Olivera Matic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was experiencing severe abdonimal pain for 3 days and finally managed to schedule an appointment at this clinic. I paid $20 in order to confirm the reservation. On the day of the appointment, they called me half an hour prior to it, while I was on the subway, on my way to their clinic. They told me that the doctor won't come at all and that I can only come 2 days afterwards. I was really disappointed by the conduct of this clinic and had a very negative experience, while not being able to solve my problem and having to suffer the pain further.

Also had a blood test during the same visit which I wasn't expecting. Also spike great English. Very happy with my visit, would recommend.
