I enjoyed my Mattress shopping experience here with Frank Baratta. He was patient and was able to guide us through a few choices based on our budget. After showing us a few options, he gave us some space to consider it all. You can see that he is knowledgeable in his products and genuinely wants you to get your bang for you buck. Thank you Frank.

Had an excellent buying experience. Went in for a new bed, told Frank the specifics of what I wanted and wound up getting the first one he showed me (I did try quite a few others as well). No Fuss, no nonsense, no trying to up-sell me, and no hanging over me while I tried out the beds. I asked him to show me the higher end beds, he did. I tried them, they were very comfy. But I wound up going with the first one he pointed out. The man knows his sleep tech.

I would like to thank Gabriella for her Excellent Customer Service. She was very patient and consistently followed up with me. I had been trying to get service for 6 months for a washing machine that I bought in July 2021 and no one was getting back to me. Once Gabriella took charge of my emails, she stayed on until the very end. The Brick needs more employees like her, humaine and patient. I was not very patient after a while but she never lost her cool and treated me with respect. Thank you again Gabriella for all your help and Exceptional Customer Service.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Frank. He is a no nonsense, old school, straight shooter. He knows his products very well. As long as you know what you want, give him your price range, and he will guide you to the right product. I found his candor refreshing as I dislike being pitched on the wrong product for me. Thanks Frank for finding a sofa and mattress at a great deal!

I bought a Fridge and Stove-oven 5 years ago and purchased the warranty on them. Brick policy is that if you don't use the warranty within 5 years, you then have 90 days to ask for $ credit in the amount of the warranty. Sure enough, it was just 4 days before the 90 day term ends and I got my full warranty credit with no hassle. I purchased right on the spot a new bed and used my credit as part of the payment. My experience was very good in that regards. I like when a store honors their word without giving the customer any hassles. This is why I have been purchasing from the Brick for over a decade now.

Will never go back to this place till my last breath … I have much to write but I don’t want waste my time. That’s why 1 star for their customer service also. They have very very strict conditions for exchange or return. Forget about return even if it is exchange also. No one cares to help and take care customer problem they think they are doing free service or obligations or favors on the customer. Anyways short & simple the worst experience after spending more than 6k at your place.

Worst service ever. The online purchase system communicates the package is ready for pickup at Business open hours; but upon arrival at the store staff tells us that only from 9 to 4. When we asked Customer Service rep how are we supposed to know the pickup times we just get an: "Everybody does it". When we asked the lady at the entrance to communicate it to the manager about this inconsistence in the web/store, she tells us to "just send an email, there is nothing I can do, it is like that, this is a big corporation Canada wide and we have no power over that". I understand shortage of staff (COVID times), but this is just plain terrible attitude towards customers.
