Overpriced... Sale items are moderately priced, though. Sales people are not very friendly at all and only marginally helpful. Good selection of table wear.

Very disrespectful employee. Extremely unprofessional, unethical, and behaved really bad. Never recommend going there or visit that branch. Management should train employees and educate them on how to treat human beings before recruiting them and put them in service. Unacceptable and worst client experience since very very long time. Horrible one

This is the worst Linen Chest store that I have ever been to. When you ask someone to help you, they give you an annoyed look with a 'ouein'. They have defective/broken merchandise sold in the 'as is' section with minimal sale on them... it's ridiculous to expect anyone to buy defective or broken items at those prices. Very poor customer service.

Everything is overpriced. And every time that I check the prices, most things have been tagged as if there is a discount applied while in reality the discounted prices are the real prices. They just want to make the items seem discounted.

Bought a Krups coffee grinder (83$) on December 2020 with a two year warranty. On the 11th of may 2021 it stopped working. I called Linen Chest in Laval where it was bought and asked if the unit was to be returned to the company or the store. I was told by an employee to return it to the store as long as i had the invoice the original packaging was not necessary. After driving 45 miles to the store the service desk and the manager refused to take the unit and did not offer any assistance. With that kind of service they have lost a customer forever

Very nice selection of bathroom, bedroom and kitchen products. They have a wide variety and often times good sales. In store pickup is not the greatest and usually a bit slow, and the wait at the cash registers a bit long sometimes but still one of my go to for those items. When possible I prefer to get things locally than to those large online retailers!

They have a lots of different type of products (Lighting, Chairs, etc.) But often not a lot of choices. Prices are ok, not good but not too bad either. Biggest problem is no customer service, I know there's a big banner saying they're hiring so they're probably understaffed, but I went there with pictures of my place hoping to get help by an employee and found no one to help me. Also not super clean but again, understaffed probably. Would go again but they need more/better staff.

Don't know where to start actually. Couldn't get one employee's attention throughout my visit. Meaning, concentrate in helping me out and not attend to other clients while attending to my requests. Could not find the product, therefore, i asked for help. The first employee (she is new to her job since she told me so), could not locate the product and she suggested they oder it and I pick up in store. Then she disappeared and came back attending to another client. So I decided to jump to another available employee. Ask if other colors of the product were available but she couldn't resist attending to another client and picking up phone calls while serving me. I became frustrated and in turn, she tells me to keep my voice down. I request to speak to the manager and she tells me to get her/him myself. Yes, her name is "Sam" and likes to talk to clients in a condensending way. I asked for the manager at the front desk and was told he/she was not available. I got to speak with the Supervisor (Jade) and she was understanding and helped out with the process. Hey "Sam", you should attend client relations courses and pay attention to the person you are helping out and ask others to wait for their turn.
