With the actual crazy housing market, they provided very useful information and managed to always get our file reviewed in time to get all documents ready to include in an offer on a house, all within the strict deadlines we had. We had enough stress with everything else and it was a relief to know that the whole team was managing the financing part for us, always with a great smile.
