★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just happened to need a last minute stitch fix on a jacket zipper while travelling from out of town. When I asked if they could fix it in the short time frame I had. Not only did they fit my short notice fix request in, they didn’t charge me because they are simply amazing!!! Highly recommend this place to anyone local or out of towners like myself:). Special shout out to the GM Jacqueline who just happens to share the same awesome name as me!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first came into stitch it last minute for a suit alteration (the works) for newly purchased jacket, shirt, and pants on Tuesday. I had a gala 3 days away on the Friday I needed to attend and had NO fitting clothes.
Upon Arrival, I saw Jaqueline who was patiently helping another customer with his alterations making sure that he got exactly what he wanted even though I was waiting my turn.
Once it was my turn I explained my situation. Knowing that it would be a tight turnaround I was amazed at how she worked together with the back end team to fit me in, knowing how important this alteration was for me. The service was incredible, it was a pleasure speaking with her and she provided me the same service that I saw her giving the prior customer.
I would have paid extra for this expedited service and wished that I could provide a tip to the team for their hospitality and their customer service.

Due to me being short, and my hips being way wider than my waist, I have to alter almost all of my pants to fit.
I went in to get 3 pairs of pants altered to be shorter and fitted in the waist and all I can say is wow. First of all, the customer service is amazing. The young lady at the front counter with blonde hair truly made an amazing experience. She made me feel comfortable, and did exactly what I wanted and more some. My clothes now fit amazing, and i already plan in bringing more items! The cost is pricey, but you truly are getting what you pay for!!!
