★ ★ ★ ★ ★ spoke to the owner of this place and asked if this was the sterling auto centre he said its the falaffel house then he said to go quote unquote f myself. i dont understand why hes so rude and angry and cant satisfy. it is very miserable guy here i recommend you not to spend the money here if you work for it, unless you are theif like this guy here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called the store to take my car in for my breaks. They were very helpful and gave me an appointment right away. Once I took my car in they were very helpful and did a great job fixing the breaks. I was happy with the price too.. Highly recommend their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking to find a garage close to where I now live and needed to quickly find someone as I had a tire leak. After reviewing various online reviews I decided I would try Serge and am pleased to say it was a great decision and I now have a new mechanic.
I was really impressed at the service he provided. As I had spoken to him on the phone before taking the car in, he'd made note of my name and contact information and remembered exactly what needed to be done so I didn't need to repeat the entire conversation from the day before.
The car was ready when he said it would be and when he found the source of the leak not only did he send me a picture of sure of the problem but a video snippet so I"d understand what needed to be done for the repair. He was very reasonably priced and in no way tried to sell me repairs that were not warranted. However, he did advise me of things I needed to be aware of that I may need to get done in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sergio replaced rotors, calipers and pads on my vehicle. He is a mechanic that is extremely proud, hard working and dedicated to his work. He takes the extra time to make sure things are done right. This is very obvious as soon as you enter his shop, it is spotless. Great conversation, explains the work required...at the end of the day he does excellent work at a fair price. Will keep coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serge is the best , another mechanic quoted me 1300 to fix my AC compressor. Serge told me I need to check the electrical first before touching the compressor , and sure enough , he was right. He saved me over $1200 just by his expertise. Thank you Serge honestly. Highly recommend anyone to go to an honest, skilled and intelligent professional. I will be going here all the time now for all car issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sergio is a wonderful guy. Went for a oil change first time he gave me the best service and an honest opinion. And today was my second visit as I thought my brake pads need to be changed. Went in and he inspected the car took a small test drive with me and said the brake pads are fine and doesn’t need a replacement as of now. He is a brilliant and honest man. I will always be coming to this place for any car services. He didn’t even charge me anything to check.
Best service in Toronto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My work vehicle died in front of my house during the holidays breaks, and it won't jump start. Before calling the tow, I made a call to Sterling, since it's the closet auto centre to my house.
This is my first time spoke to Sergio, knowing I might not be going over to his shop (they don't accept company fleet card) he still offer me an old battery that I might able to use to start my van. When he found out there was no compatible battery he offers a slow charging for me. All for free, I was truly touched!
During the charging time, he educated me with his knowledge and I also agree the way that he treats his work. Been an auto mechanist takes a lot liability, the service that Sergio offer might not be the cheapest, I am sure it would be the most thorough one!
That been said, even though he doesn't take fleet card, but I would still go and get my vehicle repaired at his shop. In the end, what we truly needs is the peace of mind
Will definitely referrals others to his shop!
