I called them for detailed product information and price quote, but they are extremely rude and can't be more impolite.
On their website, the price of popup banners only cover hardcase and if you include fabric, the price is tripled, but I would have never known this until I called them and a guy shouted at me over the phone.
They assume every customer should understand their products and pricing very well, and if not then you are a stupid.
I will never do any business with them again.

β β β β β First and last time buying from them - POOR quality cheap printing media, NO customer service and customers appriciation at all. Selling fake parts for Printers as original Roland and Epson parts. Stay away !
P.S. Prices they advertise online and when you come to pick it up are DIFFERENT.

β β β β β Sherry was better to deal with. But she is no longer working in the store. When you are buying something they are nice but if you have a problem with their products and want to return it they will never take it back and that moment George turns into a MONSTER. Β If something is wrong it's you not our attitude and they never accept their faults. Far from being a decent human being never mind a businessman.
Think twice before doing business with MULTI COLOR TECH INC.
