β β β β β 2oval signs and two pylon signs were created. The smaller oval sign showed cracks through the vinyl. I was told that they used the old plexi that was cracked instead of replacing it with new plexi. Instead of contacting me they just use the old plexi and of course the cracks showed up behind the vinyl and my client was not very happy. There also bubbles in the vinyl. I was told that the bubbles would go away. I canβt give my client an excuse like that an expect to be paid for something that looks wrong. I had to go back an get on a ladder myself an fix the bubbles. I also was threatened that the signs will be taken down even though the job was flawed. I had to give my client a major discount which also was a major loss for me. I wish I could give them no stars at all. Attachments shows the flawed areas.
