我们一家人上月在枫果报的美国西部旅行团，作为我的毕业旅行去黄石公园玩。非常贴心的服务，出发前还提醒我们提早达到机场，以免误机！！谢谢喔~~~

Scam calls

I will update my experience again after my travels but just based on their service, it was HORRIBLE. I signed up with my friend and though she was the primary contact, she was obviously not the only person going on the trip. They treated me as a +1 through and through, and I feel I did not get the service I deserved. First of all, they only emailed my friend asking her to pay. Meanwhile, I had no knowledge until they called my fired again and asked her why I haven't made my payment yet. Mind you, i left my contact number with them. I called them to ask about it, to which they said they 'assumed' my friend would tell me. So I went to the bank, paid, and even called to make sure my payment went through. They THEN called me and said they messed up the amount they originally quoted and asked for more to compensate for the US-Canadian dollar conversion rate. Understandable, but an extremely amateur and unprofessional move. So I went back to the bank yet again on the same day to make the additional payment. By this point I was extremely frustrated but decided it would be ok if it was the last of it. but NO. The week before my travels, and I still haven't gotten any news from them, including the itinerary and vouchers, nothing. I had to ask my friend for them. I called them again to ask why they haven't updated me with anything when I left them my email and numbers, contacted them before and EXPLICITLY asked them to update me. Yet again, their reply was 'I assumed your friend would tell you.' Excuse me miss, was my friend supposed to do your job? We both have lives and exams and are neither sharing an email account or joined at the hips. Their unprofessionalism just overwhelms me. Though I have not yet travelled with them and cannot generate a well-rounded review, their service is bad enough for me to never want to travel with them again. I urge every one of you who values professionalism and service to stay away. I will post again if the trip impresses me, but if I don't, it's most likely a drab.
