R	Reza Masoomzadeh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked them to change my return ticket's date. They offered $850. I changed it with $50 in other Travel agencies. Inexperienced staff. Never recommend to anyone.
n	nas eghted on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After selling the ticket to me the agent mentioned that the ticket is non refundable and I can not have luggage with me unless I pay $25 and when I told her why are you telling me after you have bought the ticket for me she said " don t you know American Airline ? Like I am the travel agent not her and when I talked to her boss he is also giving me harsh words instead of saying " sorry my agent should have talked about these restrictions to you". Amazing isn' t it?

Professional, friendly, calm and respectful demeanour makes it very comfortable and makes me coming back. Special thanks to Mrs. Hasti Arianfar for her professional services. I would recommend this place to anyone.
M	Mark N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inexperienced staff. The lady messed up the flight times between me and my parents so we ended up arriving at the resort in different days. She also had a hard time entering my credit card info into the system. Overall, very inexperienced staff and time consuming.

Unprofessional and rude representatives. My Story --------------- I purchased two one-way tickets and paid in full 55 days ahead of time only to find 48 hrs before the flight by luck (via calling airline for confirmation of wheelchair) that both tickets have been cancelled. I contacted them first thing in the morning (after 9 am) and no one picked up. Left them messages after 9:15 am and no return. Called at 10:55 and the lady says she can't check my account. The person in charge of my file would be in only after 1 pm and the owner after 4 pm. Long story short they never called me back. I had to leave work and pay them a visit after 4:15 pm, finding the agent AZAM and his boss Drakhshan extremely rude and non-apologetic. Ms. Azam even mentioned had I called them they would have found out about the problem implying it was my fault. They never appologized for their mistake and were very offensive and loud without hearing my complaint. I will never ever step back in this travel agency and will not offer them to anybody.

They are very professional and they go beyond your expectations to help you with the best available ticket based on your criteria. Definitely recommend this agency.
