β β β β β Mr. Talebi is amazing, There is no more than 5 star otherwise he would have get it. You know your travel agent when things get tough, The amount of support we got from him was amazing. He was gone beyond and over the line of duty, he was very transparent and informed us of all the steps. We understand he was very stressed and he had to spend long hours waiting to get an answer for us, but he was so calm and always assured us and showed us he is getting all lined up for us, even he connect with the Other travel agency to make sure everything is going smooth for My mother that was the passenger.
I can not describe the feeling, I was about to cry to see all this support and help from his side. Thanks again Mr. Talebi for all your help and Unbelievable professionalism and Support.

β β β β β the staff and management went beyond their responsibilities and duties to get my mother back to Canada through all flight cancelations. They made sure my mother who has mobility issues has a smooth and easy journey.
I like to thank all Personnel especially Ms. Mitra for being there for us all the time( even her time off, at home.) And I will definitely recommend this agency as a professional and reliable travel agency to work with.

β β β β β Very unprofessional manager! She literally yelled at me when I was politely speaking to her. They are respectful while charging your credit card for extra! So unprofessional.
Funny thing (better say another unprofessional attitude), I was speaking to the manager, explaining to her my flights history and cancellations due to COVID, giving her numbers and details, it was totally a simple math, she literally ignored my numbers every time and pretended that is the other way and she doesn't understand me. I don't remember such an unprofessional experience elsewhere.
Plus, they charge you extra (much more comparing to other agencies) for their services and time dealing with airlines. When it comes to negotiating with the airlines (ex.AirCanada) and submitting a request to justify the full refund request, they do nothing!! I was on a phone call with Aseman manager and AirCanada agent. Aseman manager could barely have a conversation with AC agent. The AC agent was totally confused and that was it! What is the point of paying extra money to an agency who can't represent you?????
We learnt a lot during COVID, the most important one is: with whom to continue business!!!

β β β β β I am not satisfied at allΨ their information is incomplete and they only think about selling tickets.
I had to buy a ticket and I had to change the date several times because of the wrong information they gave me. I do not recommend consulting or buying a ticket from Aseman Agency at all.

β β β β β Aseman travel and Mr. Talebzadeh are amazing! He went beyond his responsibilities on his day off to make sure that we get the best tickets. We got very great support before and even after the trip. Mr. Talebzadeh contacted me after the trip to make sure everything went smoothly. Aseman travel will be my first choice going forward and I highly recommend this agency.

β β β β β Definitely donβt recommend this agency. They have no idea what theyβre doing. Iβve never came across a travel agent where I had to be involved on 90% of the tasks and spent so much money because of their lack of knowledge.
