β β β β β I rarely write negative review as I try to help business owners but this time I want to help the customers never buy ticket from Parvaz Travel.
I had worst experienced with them and they are irresponsible and customer service is worst.
After they charged me they never answer the phone.
I booked the flight on 7 Jan 2020 to Tehran and I was stocked in Frankfurt they never call me to re schedule me back to Toronto or Tehran.
So I was dealing with Lufthansa and Air Canada(Which is their responsibility and these company keep telling me it is your agency's responsibility to call us ).
After that they didn't return my money and hold my money in their account. They never answer the phone.
I highly encourage people not working with them as their customer service is worst and they are not professional.

We bought 3 tickets from this agent last year. We were charged $3470.8 by Turkish airline and $567 by the Parvaz agent(However agents take their percentage from the airline).Β Due to Covid-19, all flights were cancelled. Turkish airline did return our money rightΒ away but Parvaz agent put our money off by saying 'Tomorrow", "next week ",' 'Next month" and it took more than 4 month. That causedΒ we couldn't even use our credit card insurance for compensating this money. Later on, I realized they did extra charge us by themselves and logically the agent should return the rest of our money, not Turkish. They never wanted to return our money and just played with us by spendingΒ time. I found them very untrusted and dishonest and never recommend to anyone
