If you value your money, time, and experience, I would avoid this travel agency by all means. This travel agency caused us to lose over $800 out of pocket due to an employees personal mistake when initiating my new ticket. ATOUSA is the employee that I would avoid booking anything with, she completely ruined our experience and gave us a horrible time ever since she forgot to add insurance to my trip. They told me that my trip has been cancelled and rebooked due to Covid after my insurance claim was denied when I came back to Toronto, turns out miss Atousa had forgotten to book the proper insurance on my trip before I even departed from Toronto and began my trip. To this date, atlas travel has been avoiding my calls, lying through their teeth to me, telling me that they have made no mistake without providing any proof(while I showed them my proof from the insurance company) and avoiding our calls, making us drive down to their office several times and having their manager (MEHDIZADEH) telling us that he has no idea what went on between us and Atousa and that Atousa is on vacation and we will figure it out when she comes back. It has been over 9 months and atlas has still refused to compensate me for the personal mistake that Atousa has made that caused us to lose this amount of money over a trip. I will not recommend this place to anybody, take your money somewhere else, there are many similar travel agencies in that area and instead receive proper Customer service throughout your entire trip, not just when you are about to book and give them a good commission, you are a memory for them as soon as they finish the deal with you, any problems that come up regarding your trip afterwards will be all on you, they will take no responsibility for anything and on top of that will block and ignore your calls. Do NOT associate with atlas travel and Atousa.

Excellent Service, I experienced an incredible, excellent service with this company especially with Mr. Mehdizadeh who helped us save over $1600. I was trying to plan a multiple city trip from NL Canada to Iran and returning from Iran to my final destination, Calgary in Alberta. Unfortunately the way I booked my trip had caused a huge difference in our trip fares. With the help of Mr. Mehdizadeh and Ms. Mousavi, me and my wife could cancel our booked tickets for no charge and re-book the most affordable ticket possible and drop our travel expenses down to one third of our previous booking. Just to sum up, these guys are fantastic, nice, polite, responsible and professional. I highly recommend them because I am pretty sure they will serve you the best. So happy that I got to know them.

I always purchase my ticket from Atlas.travel .Mr. Mehdizadeh is a professional nice man. On on ocation when I wanted to change my return they were trying to sell me another one way ticket, but when I email atlas travel my concern they did it righ away with a small charge. I am glad to have their service .

I booked my family travel with Atlas and I am very happy with the service that I received. I made a mistake in my information and completed the booking. Later, I called the Agency and explained the situation to Mrs. Elham at ticketing. She kindly advised me on how to resolve the issue and offered me to void the ticket free of charge so that I can make another reservation with my correct information. I am very happy with Atlas customer service and support and I would like to recommend it to others. By the way, they have very attractive promotions on their tickets!

I always find the cheapest/best options trough their website. Ever since I landed in Canada I‘ve bought all my tickets from them. However, I’ve never needed to use their costumer service until recently. Recently I bought some tickets on their website, as usual, and the day after they called me to double check if all passengers were eligible for a two-stop flight to Iran. It might seem simple but I had no idea about this requirement when buying tickets. One of my friends were not eligible, so we did cancel her ticket with a minimum cancelation fee. So, by simply postponing processing my tickets a few hours after purchase, they gave me the extra time window to check and cancel, if needed, and reschedule the trip.

I always purchase my tickets from Atlas.travel . They are a group of professionals and I really enjoy working with them. In my last experience, I had to cancel my ticket because of typo in my name. They returned my purchase without any extra charge and I was able to correct my name and submit the purchase again. I highly recommend their business because their rates are fairly lower than other webpages like cheapoair and one travel.

Niloofar provides me the best customer service ever. She is so patient, professional, disciplined, and a good listener. I had to change my vacation plan many times and she patiently found the best price and flight class for me every single time.
