β β β β β I had the pleasure of completing my student placement here in 2018/2019. The staff are absolutely incredible. They are hard working, knowledgable and compassionate. They really take a holistic approach to the services they provide and are truly passionate about what they do. They go above and beyond for all of their clients. On the employee/intern/ volunteer side they are kind, supportive and respectful of each other and have fostered such a positive working atmosphere. I cannot say enough good things about this organization or the amazing work that they do. The community is so fortunate to have such a fantastic resource.

β β β β β I just needed help to apply for PR, a very nice lady named Sonia helped a lot in this case . She is very hardworking, patient and kind. She is very punctual and helpful, I have not seen anyone like her who is committed to her work and clients. For the work that was done for me at this center for free, my lawyer asked for $ 1,500 to do it, which was not committed at all. Thanks to the help of Sonia and University Settlement.They are the best.

β β β β β I am here to appreciate university settlement team at north York. They are a team to help newcomers specially Persian people. I have been with them since 2016. All of them are helpful but one of them are the best. Specially big thanks to Maryam Moghaddam. I am sure that every one knows her and she does not to introduce more. She is really different and knowledgeable. She is very precise and practical,too. She helps me to make the best decision about my education, also she helps me in PR card and citizenship documents with out any problem. I can say that she is very professional in her job. Because of these characteristics, She is always very busy. That's why I wait to make time with her. I believe that different peoples act differently. Thanks for everything again.

Really appreciate the amazing teaching of mrs Manijeh in farsi citizenship classes in such a pleasant way as if you are listening to an interesting story ?and mr Neil of course,in English Citizenship classes,so knowledgeable and fluent ?,and last but not least ,great help and quick response of lovely Sonya .?.

She has given me better advice that the IRCC help line at times. I hope her manager finds good ways to appreciate her fantastic and professional service.
