They failed to provide a proper refund for a volleyball league that was supposed to start 4 months ago and still hasn't started. Other volleyball leagues were running last Fall, but our league with XTSC did not.

XTSC support is always quick to answer and make sure all questions have been answered and teams are ready to play! Recommend them highly for anyone that is looking to do a league or play as a free agent and join a team!

Unfortunate that we don't have a 0 star option here! We registered for a fall league at Lamport stadium which was supposed to start on Nov 5. It's almost a month past the proposed schedule release date and we are yet to hear any news on when we're going to kick a ball! XTSC didn't even bother updating any of the teams about what the hell is going on and we've only heard excuses like "the dome is broken", "the stadium isn't ready" after repeatedly contacting them from our end while other leagues are well underway at the same venue. Keep in mind that XTSC leagues are among the more expensive soccer leagues that you can sign up for, so this is no charity! They've also added some ridiculous refund policies which prevents us from getting our money back. Fair to say, this is the last time we ever sign up with XTSC!! Responding XTSCs reply to this review: 1. Gathering stadium permits and completing other formalities should not be XTSC member's concern. Members pay a premium price to part take in your leagues and it's XTSC's responsibility to ensure permits etc are sorted out on time. Being delayed by a few days can be acceptable but being delayed by a month or more is out right ridiculous. People have other prior commitments so being tied up for the league timeslot every week for the months to come cannot be an option. 2. Not sure how XTSC advertised a league and took money from people before they even had permits for the venue. Even if they did, surely they should give teams the option to get their refund if permits are delayed for a certain amount of time. What's with the new refund policies to not allow refunds because of permit delays? What's with the "admin fees" on any refunds when it's XTSC fault? 3. Toronto JAM sports has already started their soccer league at Lamport stadium. 4. No, captains have not been kept in the loop on what's going on. Captains/players have had to reach out to XTSC to find out what the hell is going on.

Leagues are always so much fun and the refs are fair and professional. In terms of customer service they are very responsive and accomodating to all of my teams. Great sports club and a place where i will be playing for a very long time!

I typically do not leave negative google reviews but I have truly had enough of this league. Our team was originally signed up for indoor soccer at Polson Pier back in 2021. After signing up and spending over $2000 on a team, we were told 2 weeks later that they did not confirm the permits for this location, therefore I had to move my team to Downsview (40 kms away from our original location). Given that most of my players live in downtown Toronto- this was a trek for them, but we sucked it up as we wanted to play soccer. With two weeks left in the season – the Downsview dome collapsed due to the massive snowstorm we had in January. Rather than the league rescheduling us to play at another indoor field- we are now being told we have to play outdoors at 8pm in the middle of March. The cost for indoor soccer is much more than the cost of an outdoor league. We paid $2000 for 9 INDOOR games, not to play outdoor in the middle of winter (I could do this for free). XTSC again failed to deliver on the services that were originally paid for, therefore we will never be signing up a team with them again. Another loyal client lost due to lack of compassion for your customer.

If I could post 0/5 stars I absolutely would. This company is a complete joke and it's actually absurd that the city of Toronto allows them to represent one of only two organizations that are given permits to use fields to facilitate outdoor and indoor soccer leagues. Every single season myself and my team have played has been pushed not by a few weeks but by months. They have zero customer service, do not ever answer the phone, and never get back to you on any issues. Yet again now the 4th consecutive season where we are given a start date which has been pushed by 2 months. Now, due to this random schedule change with no reasoning I may add, our whole team naturally can't commit to it because they won't even let us know when the new dates are and they won't give us a refund. This is what we call in any other line of work a fraudulent scam organization. Avoid like the plague. Complete sham and don't be swayed by the 5 stars that they get, they are paid bots. Scam through and through.

As many others on here I'm in the same boat. I've played with Xtsc for years and this year was an exceptional time for everyone. We signed up for a fall league and understood the start date may differ. We're now five months later and we'll into winter and no updates and they refuse to send a refund for the league. They even say if we cancel 4 weeks before it finally starts we can get 90% refund, but they won't tell us when it starts so there's no way to cancel 4 weeks in advance. What a joke. It seems there's a lot of people in same situation so might be worth all filing a complaint with better business bureau and connect with each other to take legal action. I'm assuming thousands of dollars are on the line for many of us.

Another poor customer experience similar to the ones already posted. They will not refund full amount even though they have no idea when they will be able to offer an actual game to play and they have moved schedules around multiple times already. So customer just has to sit and wait. Whenever they are able to start the games again, if it doesn't fit my schedule, then it's my bad luck and they get to keep my cash.
