John the owner answered all my emails, provided me with any information I asked for, and was just a great person. The first unit I ordered was not cut correctly to my hair type, and he exchanged it without making a fuss. This company stands behind their products and work, and that is awesome. They also sell genuine, high quality hair systems you cannot get just anywhere. Thanks again John.

She is knowledgeable, attentive, professional and willing to help with anything I need. My skin has improved tremendously after her treatments and product recommendations. The facilities are spacious, clean and modern, and the staff are friendly and professional. I will definitely be going back for more facials and other treatments!

We feel exceptionally comfortable asking John for his expertise regarding my husbands hair and scalp problems. John is very knowledgeable in his field and explains everything in great detail and has taken the time to show my husband how to use the products and makes sure we are completely satisfied on how they are working. They really do stand behind their products. I have also purchased their Skinceuticals skin care products for a very long time and I am very happy with my results...as well as the recommendations from their skin care professionals on which products to purchase for my type of skin. Lastly, they do amazing hair wigs for cancer patients and are very affordable as well. They take the time to customize the product to how the customer wants to look ! They make the client feel very happy :) We as customers always feel very lifted by our experience at Freedom Hair.

She started my appointment but examining my skin, she was honest about what works for my skin and what would work/ not work. she made me feel super comfortable during my appointment and answered any questions I had, she was super informative. She even sent me home with some samples to use coinciding with my regular skin care routine. It has been almost a week and my face is smooth, glowing and blemish free! I completely recommend this clinic! Their staff is super friendly, informative and professional. Their facility is extremely clinic & modern with up to date skin care technology. This is the only place that I trust with my face <3 you'll regret not going!!!!

All I called to ask was the prices and some basic details and the woman I spoke to rudely hung up on me. I called again and she says to check the website and hung up again. What a horrible first impression of freedom. She said her name really fast so I don’t know if her name was Taylor or Kayla.

When she's asked a basic question she replies with the shortest answers with so much attitude. She was openly giggling about the "good" reviews on this site related to the facials/aesthetics are actually fake??? who says that about their own work place in front of others???? She has absolutely no shame and to bad mouth others, esp the management team and in front of other people!!!!! Low class and ignorant service. I feel sorry for her, you can tell she hates her job!

The piece finally arrived and was the wrong color, eventhough I had sent my preferential wig and desired color along for comparison! Nevertheless John assured me that they would try to adjust the color themselves. After waiting more months and without any contact from Freedom, I finally contacted John who assured me that they had completed the color adjustment so I finally went to pick it up. It was wrapped in 1 lose sheet of tissue paper and shoved in a paper bag, uncombed, the same mousy original color and still looked like a dead rat! Obviously nothing had been done to it! Very unprofessional and disappointing John for the couple of thousand dollars I invested in this product. Hopefully my my own salon can adjust the color to my satisfaction and take it from here! Your website is very impressive but your customer service needs significant improvements.
