I experienced identity fraud and already report to the police (got the case number) , they refused to listen and kept pressure me ( asking how you want to pay, it’s your responsibility, just repeat this sentence, they dot care what you say!) it’s terrible. I already report to Ontario ministry and I will fight this fraud case to the end. I need an apologize from them!

When I pick up there is an automated voice "please stay on the line for an urgent matter" it rings and is hung up. The person they are looking for isn't even me I have no idea how they got my number. I've had this number for 8 years. Its very frustrating! Stop calling me!!!!
M	Miranda Wimbush on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to write a review on this collection agency. I overheard the conversations that my roommate had with these people. He was hung on by multiple reps. He was just trying to understand what was owed and the account number. I couldn't believe how rude and unprofessional they were being to someone that they didn't have to chase. I heard him say at one point "I'm sorry I can't.understand what you're saying" the rep"s response was " fine the calls will just continue " then she hung up on him. He called a total of four times and hung up on 3 times. He got the information finally from someone that could barely tolerate their job. Everyone is miserable there. I can't imagine their staff Christmas party

I had this 1 dude yell at me, threaten me with "a lawyer" when i was agreeing to pay him a monthly installment of $100 for 18 months. He rejected my offer. The acct is $1,800. He wanted a lump sum of $1,500 when i just paid them 4 days ago how! Who does that?! Bc of his poor professionalism and lack of basic courtesy I requested for a call back from a supervisor! He specifically told me I would NOT be speaking to a supervisor or manager. When I asked him why not, HE HUNG UP on me! His name is Ahmed. Garbage skills as an agent.

CONTACT THE COMPANY YOU OWE AND PAY THEM DIRECTLY, ITS YOUR RIGHT TO DO THAT. DONT PAY THIRD PARTY COLLECTORS. THEYRE NOT TRUSTWORTHY.
