It’s very inconvenient, while i asked for a close storage space to an exit or access door by mentioning there will be many visits to storage and time is crucially important, i got the most endmost and hindmost room to the entrance . Don’t laugh but my door access code is not working neither, management didn’t care

The manager has contacted me and my problem has been propertly solved. I also learned that the nice store staff lady had applied a credit of $181 to my account in my Dec bill, but it wasn't detailed in my Dec invoice. Now after speaking with the manager, I have received the correct credit invoices along with the expected discount. Thank you for your rapid problem solving! I appreciate your hard work and great customer service! I do sugguest the management team to improve the billing system and make it easier for the frontline staff. Jan 24 2022: Hi Team, I regret that I left such nice comments to your service, because I still haven't seen any of the promised discount refund I should have received if I didn't listen to ur staff instruction to buy it in store the next day. I should have purchased it online right away, and not be tricked by your staff. When I called the first time, your staff instructed me to go to your store to submit the order and promised that I would receive the same discount as I saw online. So I went to your store to buy it as you instructed, there I double checked with your staff agian about this discount. She confirmed with me that I would certainly get my discount. Then my first bill came in full amount. I had to drive back to complain to you again, because your call center said they won't deal with anything happened in the store. Once Again your staff told me you would see it in your later bills, because there will be some delay. The staff was appearing very helpful and I even wrote a 5-star comment for her, but where is my refund after 8 weeks? She said there will be some delay due to the system gap, but it has been 8 weeks! How much longer should I wait? I have emailed you again yesterday and I hope I do see a result soon! I will follow up on this once every 3 days! I recently ordered a unit at Access Storage - 3680 Victoria Park Avenue. I had a very nice lady helping me out. I did run into a small problem during the booking process, but she followed up promptly and solved it for me in time. She is very lovely! Thank you for your service! Love

The team at this location was great. They waited for me even though I was running late and it was almost after hours and still provided excellent customer service and answered all the questions I had. I needed a small storage close to my home and I found Access Storage on Victoria Park and Steeles. Neat and clean and secure facility. Fast and professional servicers. Affordable rates. The personnel I met there (Christina and Wadi) are friendly, effective and accurate in their work. They make me feel like a valued client, even I rented a small storage box. The manager on-site, Christina, is very supportive. She reply my email quickly, and call me back twice on my case after I missed her call. She is very clear for all the registration process and I will definitely recommend to my friends!
