★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could I'd give a -10. No social distancing. You have an appointment and still long line up worse than before covid. Instead of distributing people in the store, packed people at the entrance after you check tickets & clean your hands with unknown liquid.Be prepared to wait, 15-20 minutes; went to Walmart and Winners to find same products, better pricing and more safety in place. This was 9 Sunday, rainy day, today?.
By the way, before you could bring only one guest with your ticket. Now,a ticket holder might keep the line up for more friends, family (as soon they have tickets).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked 1pm spot (weekday) but there's around 10 people lineup outside. Luckily, it's not too hot or cold weeks ago. We and staff all followed social distancing and sanitize protocol.
When we went inside the factory, it's less people (when compare than weekends or evenings) and checkout cash counter was quick.
I quite agreed other customers that the varieties (brands) is way less when compared from last sales before COVID, so be mentally well prepared. Plus, there's no sample testing but I saw you should be able to be served one-by-one by the staff onsite if you need any product for testing.
Good to take a look if you have an invitation ticket you receive thru by email, for FREE admission.
Tips: Don't give up a high hope for the sale but just go & enjoy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn't as busy as I had expected which was great. Pretty good prices but wished the perfume gift sets, and face lines had better pricing might have seen them cheaper at winners. Definitely better than any other regular price store. Lots of makeup to choose from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with my sisters this morning, as we had booked the 9AM-11AM time slot. We were surprised by a lot of things such as:
- EXPECT that you will have to line up with atleast 50 people even if you already booked your slot.
- EXPECT that you may have to line up for atleast 30 mins and even longer, the line goes on like a snake.
- EXPECT that some people will NOT social distance, and some people will come really close to you
- There is security, but they don’t really do anything much, they don’t even bother with customers who don’t follow the rules closely
The arrangement of the merchandise from the entrance goes:
- Skincare
- Hair Products
- Fragrance
- Skincare packs/kits
- Eye products
- Make-up
- Nail Polish
There are no testers for a lot of items, but if you do want to test fragrances, there is a booth specific for perfume testers. Same goes for make-up. They have the products on display, and the ladies behind the counter can test/bring them for you. Some
prices are a steal and they do have items on promotion too. They charge you $2 for the resuable bag.
Overall we were slightly disappointed as there seem to be less variety of products specially with the make-up. And it wasn’t really worth the hype.
