G	Global Traveller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick n easy for pickups but no help provided for loading the heavy items if you are a senior or a bit physically challenged. When I asked for help girls at front just shrugged their shoulders n did nothing.

HOWEVER, deducting 3 stars as the prerequisite process to order items at IKEA North York (for pick up at this location) is pitiful. Only one person at the order desk, line up 15 people deep, and no one available to assist the single poor lady at the order desk. Ordering took over 45 minutes of mostly waiting, meanwhile pick up was less than 5 minutes in and out.

The warehouse staff had my order ready to go when I arrived and helped bring it out to the car. Overall it was a smooth experience and I was happy to get the product I wanted rather than having to wait for delivery.
R	R White on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ALWAYS have to wait minimum 15 minutes when you're picking something up, because they don't pick it right away when you buy it. They wait till you arrive to start picking. It's annoying because they tell you in-store that they'll pick it right away, so you have the idea you'll be able to grab it as soon as you get there, but it never happens. There's just terrible communication between the store location and the pickup location.

Due to the small size of the North York store the warehouse provides access to the full range of the IKEA product range. There is free parking. It is accessible with washrooms and vending machines. Service is quick, efficient and staff are friendly and helpful. Please note: there is no access to the bistro or restaurant at this location and this isn't the fu store. You must exit the FINCH exit to access this location.

Also the fact we could get half of closet organizers and not being able to order the other half is annoying I understand that there are probably shortages and delays but you would think you could order product and wait Also the no delivery case in Durham is quite a problem
b	bruno maluf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You go to the store, pay for your order and they mention that you need to puck up your order today, if not your order will be canceled, 30 minutes late and 10 minutes driving to the pick up store, you still need to wait 30 minutes to pick up your product. Definitely a terrible customer service.

On top of that you need to go to another warehouse to pick your stuff up after paying for it at the store. Too much work Ikea! Especially when you ordered something that was out of stock, you get the email that it is waiting for you but you still need to go to the store to pay and the warehouse to pick it up. So not normal!
