β β β β β I have been a customer of this Midas location for 8 years now and am very satisfied with their service.
Jack and Peter who run the location are friendly professional and they genuinely care about their customers. They have given us cost effective solutions for various repairs over the years that have proven to be solid and reliable and lasting.
Yesterday we had one of our vehicles serviced there and the Mechanic Elude did an outstanding job.
I highly recommend Midas at Victoria Park and Finch!

The consistent quality staff services throughout the store all these years give me the impression of great professional teamwork with integrity. β β β β β Recently, I had a leak in my exhaust on my aging truck. I'm just keeping it going for now, so hoped not to have to spend a bunch on a repair. I couldn't immediately tell if it was a pipe, catalytic converter, or what, but needed attention.
I was entirely impressed with my experience here. Easy to line up a time, took it in promptly when I arrived, and assessed it as just a gasket. I found Peter (service manager) to be very sincere and straightforward, and they had it fixed in no time at low cost. No gaming or trying to invent fake issues. And a few days later, I got a very polite courtesy call (from Jack, I believe) simply checking that I was happy with the service and repair. I have something different to do (windshield) and based on my first experience, I'll be headed back to these guys again!

β β β β β Took my car to have the oil changed and was greeted as soon as I entered the store, every one was so professional. During the inspection the technician took me to the car pointing out the brakes were completely worn out asking if I would like an estimate which they immediately did. The estimate was quite reasonable and they completed the repairs immediately, I was able to walk out the location within an hour and a half and paid the exact amount estimated. I would definitely recommend this location for your auto service.

β β β β β Great service with good customer service and reasonable prices. I always make an appointment and my vehicle is always taken in on time. I like that I get a follow-up phone call the next day asking how their service was.

I would describe them as very quick,efficient and not price gouging. Both me and my brother use them for oil changes and my brother recently had an issue and neeeded proof of his maintenance and one quick call to Jack we had a print out ready to be picked up or emailed.

β β β β β I went to get my car oil changed on Nov 27.
at 2930 Finch location. Midas has courtesy checks for customers so I asked for it. Jack called me in and let me see my engine oil very low. Then he said why you only came for courtesy check and didn't change filters and fix other things. You went to somewhere to fix your car. That is not true. I lived very close to the location. I changed and serviced my brakes, fixed my locks and I did lots of things for my car there over years. I went there once and twice a year. Maybe he expected me to go there everyday. As for filters I can change myself and why I send lot of money to change there. That shouldn't be a professional to say to their customers about that. Customers have their own choices and their own proposes to go to a garage. They are cold and not friendly. I will never go there again

β β β β β The perfect and reasonable priced place...I changed to summer tires...appointment taken on phone...went there...if walk in then also just small waiting time...they are fast...I asked for some information on my car...the person explained so nicely so calmly...asked if I understood. Will be going for summer maintenance package soon. Glad i chose Midas. Best wishes to Peter and Jack. Very good team.
