LATER EDIT: I am not the type of person who likes to complain publicly about business on Google Review (especially small businesses) but I legitimately was not happy on Saturday and felt like I was being scammed. I paid that last session because I did not want to create a scene and did not want Chuan to get screwed in the end. I felt that I should have stood my ground but did not and so when I came home I was extremely displeased. Since this post, Debbie (owner of Life Health Massage) has effectively and immediately contacted me with apologies and provided me a refund. I am content with her swift and appropriate response. I am appreciative of the time you took to understand my situation and remedy it. ORIGINAL POST: I have been coming to LifeHealthMassage for almost 3-4 years now (lost count) and received excellent massage therapy from Chuan every time. He is outstanding and professional, and we have great conversation. I've been a regular of his and highly recommend him. There was an incident recently unfortunately that has made me decide to go elsewhere for massages. On Saturday February 19th, I went for a 60 min massage. It was great (Chuan never disappoints) but was informed that changes had happened to the billing process of my insurance company and I am now required to pay out of pocket upfront and later will be reimbursed by my benefits company. Fine, sure - not a problem. I paid for the 60 min massage using my VISA ($110). However, a few days later, I was notified that the company billed my insurance for TWO services on Saturday February 19th - one for a 75 min massage ($134) that was paid directly to LifeHealthMassage (a service I DID NOT receive) and a 60 min massage ($110) that was rejected. So at this point, LifeHealthMassage has received TWO payments - the first from my benefits company (75 min massage) and the second from me out of my VISA card (60 min massage). I called LifeHealthMassage immediately and was told to 'wait a few days' to get my reimbursement back. When that did not happen after a few days, I called the insurance company and informed them what happened. They told me to call LifeHealthMassage to sort it out with them first and they will reimburse me for the $110 once I submit my receipt. I called LifeHealthMassage so that they were aware of the billing mistake. They were apologetic and provided me with some elaborate plan to return the money to me next time I return for a massage. I was fine with that solution and so today, Saturday April 9th, I decided to make the solution easier to resolve, I went for a 75 min massage (because remember my insurance company was already billed already and I did not receive that service last time). The massage was fantastic but when it came to pay for the massage, I did not expect to pay for this service because it was paid for the last time I came to the clinic. No. That was not the case. I was presented with some elaborate acrobatic money math that did not make sense and was told that today's 75 min massage will cost the price of a 60 min massage of $110 and I had to pay out of pocket because coincidentally my insurance coverage had reached its limit on massage therapy. So ultimately, LifeHealthMassage received $134 (from insurance on February 19th) + $110 (my VISA on February 19th) + $110 (my VISA today April 9th) but I had only received a 60 min massage (February 19th) + 75 min massage (April 9th). During the exchange, I did not feel I was understood and I got increasingly frustrated because they kept on trying to explain with the money acrobatics why I need to pay $110 for today's massage. In the end, they do not see that they received 3 payments and I have only received 2 services. I have been overcharged and explaining me the situation like I'm stupid. I'm not a person that likes confrontation and so I paid. When I came home, I was not happy with the way my situation was handled. As much as I enjoyed Chuan's amazing massage services for the past 3-4 years, I am extremely hesitant to come back.

Had a great Massage with Cindy. She not only focused on the areas with pain but the other parts of the body that affects the pained areas. Cindy also has amazing sensitivity to finding knots in your bodys. 5/5 would recommend

I went here on Saturday, Nov 13 - 2021 for the first time. I went to Cindy as the reviews on google were highly recommended on her. That she was good and very skilled. I was nervous at first cause I had loads of stiffness on my lower back and shoulders. Cindy was kind and very patient with me. She removed almost all of my knots in these areas in turn; I felt instant relief. I have been telling all my co-workers and friends about her and they need to go to this location to get a massage. I would be coming back here in the future for sure.

Highly recommend hot stone massage with BILLY! He is courteous, polite, kind and professional. His service is exceptional! I have also had Debbie for RMT and she is excellent. Prices are reasonable and they offer direct billing to your insurance..I won't be going anywhere else.

Had a great experience today. Clinic was clean and followed all protocols of covid19. Receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. And the direct billing process from insurance provider was smooth. RMT Cindy was so good. Took pregnancy massage session from her and she did a great job with light stokes on upper back and neck. Also did great shoulder and arm massage. She was very professional with vast knowledge of human anatomy and took care of privacy. Definitely highly recommend this centre.

Debbie is a very good massage therapist. I went to see her for relaxation and she did a great job not only with the de-stressing but also pointed out my problem areas. She is very knowledgeable and professional, will be a returning customer. Direct billing is also a plus, there is a big parking lot available for free parking

This place is MUST VISIT, they are really good, really professional and super nice. I have been going here for a couple of months for Physio, massage and accupunture. My experience with Hitesh, Debbie and Gordon has been fantastic as they have gotten rid of my back and and posture issues. The Reception game here is top notch and they are really nice and do a great job with bookings and they do direct billing for your insurance as well. The website is really good as well as you can book online. You can't wrong coming here I have literally nothing to complain about.
