β β β β β Nice place and facility, front desk lady was nice and very helpful. The shower and jacuzzi are great, although sometimes water isnβt hot enough. The price are fare and there are a quite few good service providers, who schedules are tight!

β β β β β WORST PLACE EVER. Went for a couple massage, were there for 10 minutes and left. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I don't even know where to begin. The most ghetto place ever. Construction and loud banging next door, it was freezing and they had no heat, like I said extremely ghetto and anything BUT romantic, no music, the heaters were small and portable and all of them were broken. We just put our jackets back on and left. DO NOT GO HERE ITS TERRIBLE

β β β β β I bought prepaid package with $1k balance left. Due to ownership change, all my balance was wriiten off to Zero. They had my client number but trashed my paper timesheet record, which could not prove the old balance. The receptist Maria and the Indian new owner could not help with anything. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NOT COME BACK, OR EVEN RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS.

β β β β β This is my second time going to this place for a couples massage. The first time was OK, the second time I went was the most uncomfortable and unprofessional massage Iβve ever received. Firstly, Iβm not a big fan of conversation during a massage and the lady kept talking (given she was trying to be nice and make sure I was ok). The reason for my low rating is when she was massaging my lower body she completely removed the sheet (instead of covering one leg at all times like youβre suppose to) and started massaging and making me do stretching poses. I was laying on the table with my back covered minimally and my entire lower body uncovered, it felt so exposing and violating. My partner on the other hand, his massage was OK. I guess it just depends on the masseuse you get. Two stars because their hours of operation are good and convenient, but the masseuses are a hit or miss.

β β β β β Really bad experience for the second time around. I purchased a $1000 massage package around Oct 2018. For the last two sessions, I was told that I don't have any balance already but I know from memory that I'm just halfway through it. What happened was they change their logbook! My remaining balance of $582 was erased by pencil to $0!?! Took them 2 hours to reconcile then. And now I was told that I have to pay to get a massage. So where did my $492 go??? PLEASE STOP CHEATING PEOPLE FROM THEIR MONEY!!!
