★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: The compnay contacted me to make everything better. So I am changing my review from 3 stars to 5. They did NOT ask me to change my review I'm doing it on my own b/c they took the time to find me (my name is slightly different on the system due to a funky hyphenated legal last name and my job requirements) and discuss my experience. The fact that they reached out to me just showed me that they actually care about customer service/satisfaction. I really did love my service provider hence why I didn't name her in my review originally and had even rebooked with her before I left the spa but after I smudged. I didn't blame her at all I just thought I would ask for more dry time the next visit. Original review: My eyebrows were done PERFECTLY. My manicure was so rushed that I had ZERO time to dry/set and as a result my nails we smudged by the time I got to the front desk. I had to redo them when I got home was not impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me start this off saying, I have never left a negative review in my life. I received a gift card for my birthday for true balance. I usually get my injections from somewhere else.
I booked an appointment with Michele for Botox/dysport. We both agreed to lift one eyebrow a tad to make them more symmetrical as I have always done before. Fast forward a week later, and the eyebrow had been relaxing more and more instead of raising. I made numerous calls in a desperate attempt to get this fixed as I didn’t even want to leave my house because it was soooooo bad. Not once did anyone ask me to come in, or even see a photo. Instead, I was gaslit, dismissed and hearing things like “this is normal” “give it the full two weeks” “I know how to inject!”. How were you so sure something was normal when you didn’t even know what it looked like?
It was a truly horrific experience and I am upset about the way the situation was handled.
Luckily I was able to go somewhere else as I absolutely refused to come back here. They got me in right away and addressed all of my concerns. The injector there suspected I had eyebrow ptosis in one eyebrow from too much Botox being injected into that area…so yeah, “completely normal”. I had to pay another $250 on top of what I initially paid to partially fix a treatment that could have been easily prevented. But hey, Michele “knows how to inject”
