β β β β β Very disappointing. I got charged for my order twice. The driver told me that my payment did not go through, so the driver asked me to complete another payment attempt. Apparently, my first attempt did go through. I called the store to request a refund for the first transaction and the people there are very unhelpful. I was just told to call Pizza Pizza's customer service.

β β β β β I went to many stores but this is the one location I found with excellent customer service and I was so happy when they gave my food in well organized tray . This store is very clean and now onwards I will go there only.

β β β β β Soo have patience with me this is gonna take long . we ordered our pizza at 12:02 am we got our pizza at 1:00 am so technically we are entitled to get free pizza so naturally we asked for free , the delivery guy was so rude he didnβt even listen and told to call customer service to get free one , we did and we got free one !!! No no hang in there , this is not end when we opened the box the pizza was so burnt that it was not even feasible to eat .. so we called customer service they where were ready to give away same order another time this time it was around 1:05 am and mind well the store closes at 2:00 am they still have 55 minutes to make up ( spoiler alert : we are just 650 m away from the shop ) . And when the clock strike 2:00 am we called customer service to locate our pizza .. now the customer service representative rude and told us that the guys are just waiting outside ( spoiler alert : no one was there ) then after few minute we get call from no caller id ( possibly : delivery guy ) that they are coming in 2-3 minutes ..
Wait for it ... they didnβt show up
So now after ordering our pizza at 12 :00 am we didnβt get any pizza we were waiting up to 2:30 ( total waste of 2:30 hours ) and we couldnβt even call customer service after 2:15 am
So feel free to give me insight how can somebody be so negligent ??!!!!!!!
And believe me one star is only because google didnβt allow me to give none

β β β β β Very disappointed, worst delivery guy. I ordered pizza and provided all the information required for delivery. Store attendant called and asked for the information again, which i gave. Later i got a call from Parth patel, he was shouting at me and was yelling for not providing complete information. Disrespectful guy asked to come at the intersection to get the order. If i am paying for delivery fee, why should i walk to intersection to receive my order. I addressed the issue to store attendant. He was not helpful too. Worst service!!

β β β β β There was a big piece of a blue rubber glove in my pizza and all you offered me was a credit that expired in 6 months. And then after much argument you gave in and provided a refund. You couldβve done better to avoid this review.
