B	Brad Sidoruk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to this location several times but I will no longer be returning. 5 out of the last 6 times I have been there they have not given me what I ordered. I specifically go to Starbucks because I enjoy their dark roast, but they continually give me a lighter roast (without telling me). I go through drive thru so it’s always too late when I find out. I probably should have stopped trying a while ago, but it was the location most convenient to me.

Instead of leaving him hanging they called someone from the back who knew the area better and helped him find where he is going!
G	G Lapulapu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will avoid this location from now on. Baristas here have gotten my order wrong more than once. Most recently, my order was the completely wrong size. See attached photo, small drink on left was what I got. I got the drink remade, but it was wrong drink, right size, but I didn't ask for lemonade in my hibiscus refresher ...didnt bother going back to get the right drink made. They clearly can't be bothered to do it right the first time, a 3rd time isn't going to make a difference.

But most importantly, the staff are just lovely. They're all friendly and helpful and seem like genuinely nice people. I can't remember the name of the person who was running the window this morning, despite admiring their beautiful name tag painted with sunflowers, but they were honestly so wonderful to interact with it was a really nice way to start my work day so I hope they get some recognition :)

Good experience, but a bit cold inside to stay as long as I’d like. But honestly, it’s been so long since I actually got a drink at Starbucks made so well, it was really nice!
