S	Sam Lewendon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great value for the area, modern decor, plenty of space. Lacks parking, Autoparc Stanley is just down the road and the best regional deal for parking. Some minor room for improvement - our bathroom had obviously recently had the towel rail moved by about an inch and there were holes from where it used to be, the doors had some dirty finger stains which showed a slight lack of attention to detail in the cleaning. Overall an excellent option for staying downtown, will definitely be staying here every time I visit Montreal.

Was pleasantly surprised with this location. The Simplissimmo team is professional and quick to respond to any needs or concerns before, during and after checkout. Great service.

First floor - so... great if you don't want to lug heavy bags (or yourself) up stairs. Not so great if you want your shades up. No door on bedroom, if that matters to you.
J	Jorge A Brana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location, right in the heart of downtown Montreal, close to McGill and Concordia universities and not far from the Metro (subway). The rooms were suitable, but not entirely well maintained. It was hard to get in, the instructions were not clear and the place is an apartment inside a building with several entrances and many apartments after crossing an inside yard. It’s fine if locations is critical, but more pleasant places can be found if you don’t need to stay right in the middle of downtown.

Centrally located and no running around to get the keys, everything is managed by codes to enter and its fantastic! We only stayed 2 nights but would have gladly made it more! The least favorite part was the 4 floors we had to walk up since there is no elevator but oh well, at least we got our steps in. Thank you , David and Stanley Court. Would highly recommend!
