Starting from taking a call from a patient, the staff at this place are terrible and have literally no patience. They will put you down any chance they get or just because they may be having a bad day. NO that is not a good excuse. If you're having a bad day as staff, SUCK IT UP, and treat patients well. Such immature staff should be fired to be honest.

When I have paid much more and saw a certified chiropractor only than was a shown a respect I feel all should be entitled to, regardless of what you can afford and how much you can pay.

My family doctor referred me to this clinic because of my chronic lower back pain. They have a chiropractic teaching clinic which I attend. There is a last-year chiropractor resident supervised by a supervising chiropractor. Supervision includes verbal review and video cameras in the treatment rooms. The charge is $100 for the initial assessment. A formal treatment plan is created. All treatments after that are free. You must be referred by a family doctor within the St. Michael's Hospital network.

Options have been discussed in great details and the openness of Dr. Lee in listening and asking relevant questions with respect to my mom's general health was truly impressive. If I can give 7-stars to Dr.Lee I would do that immediately! Also, special mention to Dr. Lee's staff - very helpful, polite and considerate.
