Usama & team, saying you’re the best in the jewelry game is an understatement. The vision, passion & dedication. The experience, the service, the care that goes into every process, design & delivery. From the moment I walked into the building, it was a 10/10 experience all the way until the very end. I probably stared at that ring for an hour after receiving it, and I had a flight to catch the next hour - I didn’t care. It was beautiful & Mehar’s been in love with it since. What makes Zaid Jewels really unique besides their beautiful location, is that they educate you about the process and try to get you the BEST product within your budget. That being said I did go over my budget but how can you not, it is for the love of your life afterall! oh and ofcourse their quality of work. I had the most wonderful time designing my ring with Ubaid, he is so easy to work with, flexible, and easy to communicate with. The entire team is super sweet but Ubaid takes your customer experience to the next level making sure everything is perfect before the jewellery piece is sent out. My ring came out so stunning, more beautiful than I could imagine and the great thing was that Zaid Jewels made it work within my budget and made sure I got the exact stones/colour I wanted. Can't recommend them enough, will definitely go back for all my jewellery needs.
