★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When the Program Director flips a handicapped community member the middle finger and there is no accountability. This kind of behavior is acceptable at this organization. This was done in plain sight of other staff and community. The leadership is absolutely vacant, out to lunch. The community member is still waiting for an official apology from the organization. This place is an absolute joke. More to come...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At 1 time this place was good now it's just gone downhill you got nurses that ask you a bunch of questions and then whittle it down to what you might have Im going to get my records go to a medical facility that has reliable staff that don't play with your health and play guessing games I mean what do the doctors do there anyway if it's the nurse's always seeing you?
