★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually don’t write reviews but decided to express my experience .That day I have my dog for cutting nails and vaccine . I was frizzing outside on cold weather about 1hr. they said no entry because of Covid . Than new doctor lady called me asking me some questions about my dog how eating and sleeping. After that they call me inside to pay bill I was shock they changed me around 150$ . I asked receptionist lady for what it’s that.She is quite nice and called someone.The young lady with short brown hair came and she started to lecture me like I am dummy and saying We can add this and that they have right.She keeps talking about process this and that . I told her please stop and I want to have my dog beck. She ignored it and still keep talking. I heard my dog behind close door and I went inside to take my dog .a few minutes She call me said that she decided that my dog is not welcome in clinic anymore.Wow I never have a experience for last 7years.That young lady has a lot to learn about customer experience and respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Kim & Dr Merchant are thorough, supportive, and accommodating, and give excellent instructions for follow-up care. Very kind and professional, helping us do our best for our dog. All of the staff have been nothing less than gracious each time we visit. Thank you!

Dr.Kim is a wonderful caring doctor to not always the most happy patient. He really made a difference in our overall well being. All of us!!

The doctor actually came out himself to directly speak to me and give me information to ensure I was taking proper care of the bunny and not just keeping it in a tiny cage which is HUGE.
They were so great with her spay.
They also have been amazing with any issues as if anyone has bunnies they know we live at the vet lok

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every experience at this hospital has been amazing. The initial evaluations in our dogs were super detailed and carefully explained that the initial shock of not being able to be there with them (due to COVID-19 restrictions) was completely forgotten. Doctor Merchant is an absolute rock star and the staff is so good with the furry kids. You need to call ahead of time for an appointment and also wait in the parking lot while they take care of your pet but I assure you they are in great hands.

The whole staff is both patient with our (very derp) rotti, and super loving towards her too.
