★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BUYERS BEWARE, I have purchased product from this location once before but I noticed at this location they are selling snowboarding pants not only in men's but in women's as well that are 6 years old and even older now the women's are clearanced but the men's pant from 2016 they are selling at full price, this should not be full price even for a 2019 or 2020 season should still be discounted a little bit. KNOW what you are buying and what it is worth before you fork out 500$ for a product. The manager was nice about it and said there was nothing he could do but this is literally scamming people for an old product that is not worth the price they have it listed for. Word to the wise if you are purchasing product for skiing or snowboarding go elsewhere. Or better yet do your research on the product and know the differences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This morning i tried on my BURTON snowboard boots that i purchased last November. 2021. They were slightly tighter than my old burtons that were a size 10 also. I called the Sherway store after seeing they had a 10.5 in stock, they confirmed it was there and within 30 mins i was there and leaving with the right size. Russ and Francis provided me with a seamless solution/swap, even tough i was a couple days past the return policy. The customer service as this store is outstanding. Thank you all.

The great selection comes with a quality price.
I can say that the customer service is great; store staff greet you while you’re shopping. Isn’t that a novel thing!
Warranty claims are dealt with you being the customer and your happiness and product satisfaction is their goal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had very bad experience with Sporting life online shopping. There was one day I received email stating one tennis shoes on sale (50% off). I placed order successfully. One week later, I received email saying my order was cancelled due to out of stock. However, the same item still available on their website!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Russ is an absolute GEM and must be protected at all costs.
Russ took his time to help me get my ski boots fitted and fixed and taught me so much in the process. For once, I actually felt like a store staff was looking out for me and my experience with the gear I purchased. He also has great customer service skills. There had been a miscommunication with another shopper who seemed to be very upset and Russ handled the situation very calmly and nicely and managed to get the shopper the last minute help they needed. This man is truly a gem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came into Sporting Life a couple weeks ago for a Canada Goose jacket that my wife sent me to get for our daughter for Christmas. When I came in, there seemed to be a shortage in sizes (totally understandable) which an associate under the name of Jessica apologized for many times. She made some totally awesome suggestions, showed me what my options were for parkas and knew what age group and body figure typically sticks to which jackets. My wife wasn’t answering her phone so I wasn’t able to get a second opinion and completely trusted Jessica. I came home that day, told my wife they didn’t have the jacket she originally sent me for, but showed her the one Jessica suggested and she absolutely loved it.
Fast forward to Christmas day (today), my daughter opened her gift and absolutely loved it. She even showed us that same exact jacket was on her secret Christmas list. I can’t believe how lucky we got with Jessica as the last time I came into Sporting Life’s Canada Goose I was greeted with someone who was rather uninterested.
We can never be more grateful for Jessica making our daughter’s Christmas day. If you’re ever in Sporting Life, Jessica is your go to. Cheers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately to say that we had a horrible experience with this particular establishment. Late in the year of 2021 we wanted to quickly get some last minute presents. So we decided on purchasing a Yeti mug from there. First we attempted to order it on line. The website was glitching not allowing us to order and kept throwing us out of the final checkout page. We ensured that product was available. And still it kept on cancelling. Getting extremely frustrated at this point, we called and asked to speak to a Manager who quickly checked and said her inventory shows several units but when she tried to order on her end the system would just cancel on her as well. She contacted the IT department and followed up with me. She explained the system was glitching and suggested to try again with the order later in the day.
Several hours later that day we tried again and finally we were able to get through the checkout and received the order confirmation. Unfortunately, the following day we received another email stating that our order was cancelled. After calling customer relations and explained over email the order number and what had happened they said nothing can be done this time...We won’t be ordering from this place again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a big store with lots of variety to choose from. I wish they had more staff on the floor to help customers. I couldn't find anyone in men's winter coat area. I didn't find staff knowledgeable about their products. They wouldn't even offer to help or check inventory on their system. I told one of the staff that It's showing product is available at their very location online. I recommend doing your own research before heading out to this store. Know what you are looking for. Will save you time and frustration. Thanks
