Great store with good selection and helpful staff. Revised to 4-star: Attempted to return a product in 2022 and they "had exceeded their refund limit for debit" and wouldn't give me a refund other than store credit. We don't live close, so that wasn't acceptable. Finally after a call to the store owner they relented and gave me a cash refund, but it should never be that difficult.

Great store for sure, but why on earth would they close on Sunday's and open Monday? Even in December before Christmas! Don't they like making making a profit, well making it easier for their customers to shop there.

I was helped by Matthew who was very friendly & knowledgeable in Baseball & its equipment. 1) This place helps work-in your stiff/new baseball glove, EVEN IF YOU DIDNT BUY IT THERE. 2) Matthew showed & explained how to keep it loose and where to target the glove for what my son needed. 3) They beat the glove & no longer steam them, because it damages the leathers/synthetics long term. Afterwards, I spoke with Nathan who recognized our Nike Glove I was flailing around. Nike Shado Elite J I had no idea, but he easily called its model withoutbseeing it up close and explained the importance & now rarity of the glove (high level & no longer made by Nike) LAST... -Close to main roads & HWY 427 -Free Parking -Fair Pricing -BIG Selection -Great & Knowledgeable Staff Thank You Matthew & Nathan! We will definitely be back.

Picked up some nice batting gloves. Was looking for black baseball shirt, unfortunately they didn't have one, but lots of other cool baseball gear.

The only true baseball/softball store left within driving distance. Lots of knowledgeable staff, great selection of products, just an overall great experience for any baseball or softball player looking to buy equipment.

Son purchased a bat and used it the next day . He is not on a team he just loves baseball. His friend was soft tossing to him from behind a L screen and on the 3rd or 4th toss the bat broke at the handle. We have purchased all his equipment at Home Run since he was 7. Now 21. He played AAA most of his life. Brought the bat back, he just wanted to exchange it, was told there was no warranty. I understand that but he only used it for a day. There was obviously a fault in the bat. He was told to contact the manufacturer which he did and the manufacturer told him to contact the store he purchased it from. In other words the run around. Surely Home Run sports has a rep they could talk to about this to avoid the run around. Absolutely no customer service. Come on he used the bat for a few dozen soft tosses. I like to support local businesses but this is totally ridiculous. Very very disappointed.

Can't speak about in-person experience but their online shop/website clearly needs work. I ordered a glove on sale and a week passes without hearing any progress regarding my order. I checked the site again looking for the glove only to find out is out of stock, so I reached out to their support via their website, but no response. Next day, checked my email regarding my order and found their support email and was in contact with Mark, who was super quick to respond and informed me they had 1 glove but that the glove might have been sold in store under a wrong code in error. No biggie, these things happen. He offered to price match a mizuno glove for the one I purchased, but I opted to cancel my order. Later, I placed another order and received another email from Mark saying that they didn't have that glove I ordered in stock and that "it was turned off on our website but got triggered on with an update". Unbelievable. I cancelled this order too. Avoid the disappointment I experienced shopping online. I ended up getting a glove elsewhere that shipped same day and is on it's way to me right now.
