G	Gokul Ramachandran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took two samsonite bags here for repair under warranty. Both bags are quite new, we had bought them in the last 3 years. One of them had a stitching issue where a stitch had opened up. The other had the top handle broken in half. The one with the stitching issue has been repaired adequately. The one with the broken handle seems to have been repaired by replacing the broken handle with a dirty used handle(see pictures). When we had pointed this to the store, their first response was that a broken handle is not covered under warranty by samsonite as per their 2020 rules. We then pointed out that this was not mentioned to us by either samsonite or the shop when we dropped off our luggage for repair last week. They then said that samsonite tells them to do these replacements since they don’t stock original parts, this sounded quite sketchy. We are thoroughly disappointed with this experience and are shocked that a premium product from a company like Samsung come with such poor warranty repair service. For future customers, ensure that you inquire into the fact that they don’t replace your damages parts with used parts. Avoid this store if you want your luggage to be repaired with new parts.

They dont charge for minor issues if the luggage is under warranty. Honest and trustworthy. I use them for all my luggage fixing needs.

They were pretty sure the wheel on my carry-on could be replaced, but not 100% sure without seeing the bag. Of course they need to see it to be sure! I took the TTC (Subway and then a bus) out from Union Station, and the bus stop was less than 200m from the store. ABSOLUTELY worth the trip. Friendly service and they fixed the wheel on my carry on while I waited as I was leaving the next day. Instead of "limping on three wheels" or buying a new case for a couple hundred dollars, they could fix mine, which should last another 10 years. Next time I need luggage in Toronto, I will go to Evex.

I flew with KLM and they damaged my bag and told me to come here to get my bag repaired. I live in Barrie so I don’t want to commute all the way down to Mississauga especially if I have to book an appointment here first. I had a friend go into the store the other day for me because he lives there, and to to verify what I should do, and the store rep in the store wouldn’t listen to anything he had to say. Really Unprofessional. It’s really not that hard to answer the phone or treat customers with respect.

They went out of their way to assist me with a broken bag lock—and it was cost efficient and only took a few minutes! I highly recommend this place and staff for repairs and luggage purchase. Super staff!!
A	Ashley Real on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in expecting to pay $60 to replace the back wheels of my spinner. They were transparent with me through the whole process and let me know that they are going to try cleaning it before replacing the wheels entirely. It worked out and I left without paying anything. I am very grateful they fixed the issue by trying free methods first before going the expensive route with replacing the wheels. I was not aware that this was possible. Whole process took 15 minutes! The negative reviews coming from these other people are probably having a hard time accepting that they(or the airline) take poor care of their luggage and when the staff explain how how the damage occurred from handling they just cant accept it. Its actually a bunch of entitled people who cant accept that they were not properly informed on policy/warranty/whatever and then they blame the staff for it. Everyone here is talented, professional, friendly, and FAST. I’ll be able to return to Arizona tomorrow without even worrying about my luggage bag falling apart on the way there!

Repairs done While I waited at the front for less then ten minutes. Also I thought I have to pay for the replacement parts and labour, wow what a surprise. Customer care Ms. Joan told me she is going to apply for a warranty. (Brand Name suitcases) Thank you for taking care of my suitcases. Amazing Service / Amazing staff / Very friendly and clean environment. / Easy to communicate. I highly recommend anyone to buy new suitcases or repair work done at this location.
