I was deciding between two rackets and Mohamed made the choice easy for me according to my abilities and playing style. He also was able to not only help with the racket choices but string choices as well. I normally go to big chains for my equipment but the service I got from ATR Sports has made me a lifelong customer. 5/5 stars. Would highly recommend.

Most of all, the service and expertise of the owner and staff was fantastic. Worth the drive if you want quality products and a great personalized experience. A gentlemen called Mohamed from ATR was handling my order and I want to say that he did a great job. He called me several times to make sure that my order was on going and also informed me when the racket was ready for delivery. Mohamed also gave me the option of picking up the racket from the ATR store in Etobicoke. I opted to pick the racket at the store. When I went to the store today the 10th of January 2022, Mohamad was there to greet me and was very friendly and professional.

It was a gift for my nephew who lives overseas, Mohamed from the store called me and informed the one I ordered was an older model and helped me pick the right one and helped me kind of customise it to my liking. Mohamed was nice and polite, very helpful.. the entire experience was so pleasant. Highly recommend this place especially for the customer experience.
