β β β β β Internet service lately is down more than it works. Have spent all of August 5th with no internet service. Internet was down from August 5th to August 11th because no one could come until today (August 15th). Internet came back up on the afternoon of August 11th by itself then went out on August 12th for about 1hour then came on. It went out again just before spectrum showed up today. Put a new aerial andβ power box. We'll see if this fixes the problem. Hope so.??

β β β β β When I ask to have my internet disconnected at the end of the month and then gets disconnected the next day even though I paid for the month doesn't make you look very professional. Dont think I'll be using this service again after that.

β β β β β Horrible internet service, paid 95$ amonth for 5 mbps and internet never topped even 1mbps . Tried to talk to manager for months to no avail. When i requested to cancel the contract they wanted to bill me for the 3 remaining months on contract. I requested to be reimbursed for half my money since i was not even hitting the speeds they charge 50$ a month for and got hung on by manager after he said there is no point in talking to me. Broadband manager Addel Dettah i believe you should learn some customer service skills as you are not even fulfilling your end of the contract but expect me to hold up my end. Not a good way to run a business.

β β β β β Absolutely love this ISP!! Great service and very good pricing. Definitely a solid provider to those who want to cut the cable TV cord and no longer need or want a telephone landline. If you want just great internet then definitely look into this!
