It was indeed the best choice I could have made for first class care. I feel that I can attribute some of my longevity to the care and compassion here, and I will be 103 years old!
A	Angela Borges on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moved my Dad in about a month ago and he is very happy. The staff are amazing. They genuinely care for the residents. They go out of their way to make the residents feel comfortable and at home. My Dad is looking healthier, he is more functional and is socializing more everyday. Before moving in he was complaining about stomach pain and headaches all day every day. He hasn’t complained in weeks! Even his memory seems to be improving. My Dad has never been very social, but he’s already made some friends. This place is clean and inviting. I am so thankful to everyone at Southbrook.

While there, she was the happiest she had been for quite some time with the care, some privacy in her lovely little suite and those oh so wonderful meals that she enjoyed so much. The staff was awesome without exception but special heartfelt thanks to the Staff in Assisted Living who made such a big difference not only in Mom's life but for her family as well. Thank you all !!!

The staff are wonderful you couldn’t find a better staff. The residents are friendly as soon as I stepped through the doors I felt I belonged, meals are tasty , I really look forward to meals as I’m a foodie. Thank you South Brook

Southbrook retirement community helped to make this transition for all of us an extremely smooth and pleasant experience. We moved our mother/mother-in-law into Southbrook approximately 5 months ago. From the moment we had our first tour, we knew it was the right fit for her. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure us that they would provide her with a living environment that would meet all of her needs and we have not been disappointed. The qualified and caring staff who consistently go out of their way to make her feel included and special, the abundance of social activities, the positive and inviting atmosphere in all areas of the community and most importantly the hard work on all parties to make her feel like she is home are all attributes that have made Southbrook such a great choice for us. All of our expectations have been met and exceeded. Our mother/mother-in-law has been doing so well since her move, and a very large part of that has been due to the Southbrook staff and community. Thank you for everything you do.

All the staff are very helpful and go over and above expectations for anything mom needs. Thanks to Safina who did a great job getting us set up and for supporting us ever since. Thanks also to everyone from the front desk to nursing to social to the dining room etc. etc. for all the great service and care! Of particular note, since Covid-19 hit the world, Brenda has shown great leadership and care in making sure all residents and staff are as safe as possible while allowing for family to connect when possible. Brenda and her staff have shown great attention to the safety and comfort of all residents at Southbrook while keeping family up-to-date via email communications. Their continued close monitoring/testing of staff and residents at Southbrook and swift reaction to any potential issues before any outbreak can take hold in the home has been remarkable! Thanks so much for taking care of mom and giving us the piece of mind to know she is in great hands and is as safe as possible in these trying times! The Babin Family
