★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed temporary support for elder care for my mother-in-law who is now 91, and Home Instead was extremely reliable and supportive throughout the whole process. We can highly recommend their services, as it was crucial for us to find a service provider who understands our needs, and to plan flexibly for a difficult situation that is often unpredictable in its developments. If needed, we will make use of their services again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Home Instead is providing wonderful care for my husband. I wish to recognize Amandeep….the first caregiver I came to know. The word CARE describes Amandeep: C for Compassion; A for Attention; R for Responsibility; and E for Enthusiam.
Amandeep shows COMPASSION in the care of Willson who is bedridden and struggling with some dementia. Nothing bothers her.
She pays ATTENTION to all details required for his care.
Amandeep definitely takes on her role as caregiver with RESPONSIBILITY.
And with ENTHUSIASM ! She smiles. Willson smiles from the attention and care he receives. Amandeep will do anything required of her to give comfort and peace to Willson.
I feel blessed that Home Instead is assisting Willson - and therefore me as well - as we move along in life. THANK YOU Amandeep. ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am happy to share the experience and services i receive from Home instead for my ill husband . I could of not done it without the support from all the wonderful and hardworking staff and caregivers , its was not easy to convince my ill husband about having caregiver support , he quickly get comfortable with the caregivers , seeing him smile and chat with his caregivers makes me happy they become part of our family .caregivers always dressed in clean uniforms wearing face mask sanitizing hands .
I am forever grateful for the services receive form Home Instead and will most certainly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have received respite care from Home Instead as I have been caring for my Mom who now is 93, by myself. It has been 2 years of service and the ladies that come in here are wonderful, caring and so good to my Mother AND me.
In September I was diagnosed with quite a large blood clot in my leg and had to go on bedrest. Home Instead immediately increased my hrs. as I could only get up on my feet every 2 hrs. for 15 minutes leaving my Mother with basically no help.
When Dorothy arrived for her 3 hr. shift she immediately went to work! She organized the kitchen, cleaned my fridge up and cooked us a beautiful dinner. She made us both lunch and kept checking in on both of us which was so nice. Every day her workload never ended. Dorothy wouldn't sit down and have a break at all until everything was done then she sits with my Mom to have a "blether". She organized things that she really didn't have to but did it because that's the type of caring, hard working person she is. She taught me some new dishes as well and we thoroughly enjoyed them.
My Mother's many chats with Dorothy are such a delight for her as her hearing is at 7% and her ability to hear conversations are diminishing. I love how Dorothy slows her speech and found the right pitch that my Mom could hear and converse. My Mother looks forward to her visits as they talk about a common ground both living in Scotland.
Thank you Dorothy for walking in and easing my burden at such a stressful time. I will forever be grateful to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family has been very happy with the caregivers from Home Instead. The ladies who take care of our elderly mother / grandmother have been fabulous. They are patient, attentive and do their best to engage our mother when they are caring for her. The caregivers are always on time. The service coordinators have been attentive and usually respond to our requests for changes in a reasonable period of time. My family is eternally grateful for the exceptional care provided by Home Instead. Thank you so much!

Karen has developed an excellent rapport and level of trust with my mother. The office staff, Aliyah and Connie, have also been a pleasure to work with and have provided us with personalized care plans when needed. I highly recommend Home Instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of care, service and professionalism from everyone at Home Instead is excellent! My Mum’s care giver, Bogusia is amazing. She really engages with my mum is extremely thoughtful. When my Mum told her that she liked Neil Diamond she played his music on her phone for Mum. So thoughtful. The coordination staff are also fantastic to deal with. I highly recommend Home Instead.
