★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abhi is the most professional and hard working mortgage agent I’ve worked with. He was responsive to all the questions we had through the entire mortgage process. Having someone that is reliable and honest was so reassuring because I was going from a B lender to and A lender. Many other brokers also had told me before it was not a possibility considering my income and credit situation but Abhi made it happen! He also secured a really good rate on the mortgage and my home equity line of credit (HELOC). I would recommend Abhi to anyone because not only will he take care of any issues you have and be very transparent about the entire process he will genuinely work hard to secure you the best rate.
As a side note my last mortgage broker was the exact opposite and ended up not closing my mortgage on time and then didn’t answer my calls. So having someone who will give you realistic expectations and be honest about them is a breath of fresh air and not just say anything to make their commission. Abhi is again the best and most honest broker I’ve worked with.
