We used to go to VitalAire, but switched over to this supplier in order to get more personalized, 1 to 1 customer service. This remains our preferred source for all things CPAP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I previously posted a review of my experience, but it turns out that some of my concerns were not warranted. Unfortunately, I don't know how to edit my previous review, so I am entering a new one with a (much_ better rating.
I received my order complete with the promotions advertised, even though the promotions were not mentioned in my original invoice.
I further understand that price matching is not applied during promotional periods, so my previous rating was not warranted.

She is very patience to answer all my questions so I understand what is the best choice for me. Their matching price and returning policy are excellent too. I don't have to worry about if anything goes wrong, with the free shipping return and exchange.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CPAP Clinic was amazing to work with. Not only were they prompt and courteous, they were very knowledgeable. As I was exploring various providers, CPAP clinic was not pushy at all in selling me anything. Equipment selection was amazing...they catered to what I wanted. Afterwards, they are always available to help on any questions, and would do regular check ins to make sure I was using the machine properly. Overall, highly recommended. PS: they were very price competitive too
