★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uncaring and unprofessional service. I visited this store for the first time to buy a hand brace for my right wrist. The lady that assisted me was very unprofessional. I tried one brace but the fit was uncomfortable, I asked her to let me try a different one she said she will have to re-do the invoice and she was bothered. She allowed me to try another one, the fit was ok but a little roomy so I asked to try the same brand one size smaller. Oh Boy! was she annoyed, she sighed and said she will have to redo the invoice again. I was so turned off at this point, I told her never mind, it is ok. I started getting my things together then she, said, "it is smart to take the package because it has instruction on how to care for the brace". How belittling, rude, and unprofessional! WHY would I not take the package? where would I store my brace? Dunbar Medical needs to review their customer service approach because every product sold is an advertisement for more sales. I will not go back to that place nor will I refer them to anyone.
