Chartwell Heritage Glen Retirement Residence is fantastic. As soon as we contacted Anthony when we were first investigating a home for our father we knew we were in good hands. He has now been there 9 months and we could not be more pleased. He loves the food, the staff are professional and friendly and the facility has everything he needs. We are so impressed how they have been handling things during the Covid 19 pandemic we know our Dad is being well looked after. Thank you for giving us peace of mind.

My husband and I have lived at Chartwell Heritage Glen from 2004 and are still here and have never looked back. This is our home, we are very comfortable, the Staff, Management are exceptional. Everything is here - the Pharmacy a big plus, dining, Bistro and Activities -- and you are never lonely, unless you choose so. Even that there will be someone knocking on your door or phoning you to get you to participate. A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE AND I AM VERY HAPPY AND SAFE.

As a service provider for Heritage Glen Retirement Home I cannot express how impressed I am with the staff and management running this home. We have been providing our services during this year and the COVID 19 pandemic and our experience with everyone has been exceptional! Everyone is following very strict COVID 19 safety rules and go out of their way to keep all staff and residents healthy and safe. As a service provide we are thankful for such a wonderful place to be taking such care as it make our employees re-assured to be working on site. Chartwell Heritage Glen Retirement Residence From the first day I walked into this residence I was immediately aware that every person I met, staff or resident, greeted me with a smile and a "Hello". That told me that morale here was great among everyone in the building and that was highly important to me. The facilities are really amazing...lots of activities for everyone, a bistro/snack bar, lovely dining room with great meals available, in house pharmacy, hairdresser/barber shop, nursing care available, weekly doctor appointments available, theatre, exercise room and classes,an amazing park for strolling or scooting, nearby community centre, nearby shopping centre with excellent selection of stores, restaurants,banks,. Everyone is helpful, ready to listen to your questions or problems...you can always find a solution! There are outdoor gazebos, picnic tables, benches, shuffleboard. If you have a vehicle there is underground parking or outdoor parking. There are laundry facilities on every floor. Apartments have full kitchen, excellent heating & air conditioning, good storage space, large windows, balcony or patio,. You can do your own in-apartment maintenance or have a staff member do it. Lots of options there. There is a shuttle bus to take residents to a variety of stores, outings, community centre events, etc....it's like a school field trip or a senior bus tour!! Life here is like living in your own home with more available amenities than you ever had in your home, and better security! I find nothing to complain about!!! I give Chartwell Heritage Glen Retirement Residence an A+++ and then some more pluses, if they were possible! ?Carole

From the minute my mom walked into this Retirement Residence, she loved it!! We had looked at a few others as well, However the facilities in this independent living location are excellent. My mom has a very spacious 1 bedroom apartment with Kitchenette and balcony. This location has a lot to offer including a bistro in the main hub area, a library, an amazing party room, great meals, theatre and many common areas throughout for their recreational activities. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. Anthony and Angela were amazing from start to finish. I find the best part of this location to be the value . Compared to the same locations in the city, this is by far a bigger bang for the buck !! Knowing that my mother is happy and that she chose this location, speaks for the location itself. Its comforting to know she is happy in the next chapter of her life. Well done Chartwell !! Would recommend this location to any senior looking to make the next step.

We moved our parents into Chartwell Heritage Glen after an exhaustive search of retirement residences and we couldn’t be more pleased with our decision. Their first few months were amazing and they were participating in many of the activities offered to residents. They were just getting into the social scene when COVID hit. This has been the true test. The care they’ve received has been exceptional! We have been impressed with the strict measures enacted to keep all residents and staff safe. This was the best decision we could have made, and we can’t thank the staff at Heritage Glen enough.

Chartwell Heritage Glen Retirement Residence made my parent’s move very smooth and easy. My parents were uneasy about the transition. But the staff was very helpful and encouraging. Special thanks to Anthony and Doreen for your assistance. The staff answered all their questions and provided all the information for the facility and for the move-in day. All staff members are friendly and helpful.

My father moved in to Chartwell Heritage Glen in 2019. He is extremely happy in his new home. The facility is well managed and has navigated the pandemic response with great care and exceptional results. Dad and I both feel he is very safe at Heritage Glen. He loves the meals and activities. The staff go out of their way to create a welcoming, respectful community and respond immediately to requests or questions. I have no hesitation recommending Heritage Glen as a safe, supportive space for loved ones.
