★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Esther Shehata is great. She shows genuine care and has great bedside manner. My parents are older and she has on various occasions saved their lives by suggesting timely courses of action. I highly recommend her.

Worst of all is the turban wearing lady at the reception - She is RUDE, very Rude. She sits there like she is doing everyone a favour. I am considering changing family doctor just because I don't want to deal with the reception lady.

Lab attendant is a very very bad lady. She has lot of tantrums and always in hurry. Got there for blood work, first she spoke so rudely that why are you so late I said I was waiting outside but nobody was calling me in and then she took my blood so ruthlessly that bruised my arm with needle so badly.
Once again got there for blood work this time she missed the test report for which I went there so I had to give blood test again. I mean what the staff is doing there if they can’t manage their responsibilities. Never visiting them again in my life.
